Nice video, that heli looks stable even without the flymentor ! nice job.

What mods did you do to the align head to make it more stable ? and how did you add weight to the tips of the blades ? thanks for the video.

Deixa eu aproveitar e te perguntar. Vc faz serviço sob encomenda (pago)? Estou terminando um heli escala 450 da PRF (depois vou postar um vídeo com fotos do escala cheia e o meu para comparações). A única coisa que me falta são as pás pintadas na cor do escala cheia. Mas para pintá-las é necessário tb fazer o balanceamento delas, né?. E confesso que não tenho competência para isto. Você tem como me ajudar? Abraço

Ola, desculpa a demora, atualmente não estou mais trabalhando pra terceiros, pelo menos nos proximos meses.

A respeito das pas e ideal pintalas depois de balancealas, isto e facil, so não recomendo acrescentar peso nelas se não tiver experiencia pois e peligroso.

how you added the weight on the tips ,or you bought weighted tip blades , i did with copper tape and i m using 3 bladed tail still have a wag, although my gain is too little

Antonio...eu não posso te recomendar ou mostrar esta alteração, se mal feito pode ser perigoso ou no minimo perder o rotor, precisa de ferramentas especificas pra faze-lo.

As pas de plastico ja não e necessario adicionar mais peso, elas ja são feitas pesadas de proposito, eu gosto mais das pas de Carbono que as de plastico.

Mas muita gente gosta das de plastico, tenta usa-las e ver no que da !.

Old heli with new rotorhead, this heli was mounted whit Flymentor 6 months ago with two blades head, the owner buy the new Align rotorhead and ask me to use the Flymentor.

He actually learned to fly with this helicopter with Flymentor !!...as you can read in the video texts I did a few mods to improve stability..and worked really nice.

All in all i'm finishing a lot of projects, waiting for your new motor, another guy from japan ask for one similar to !

Duas coisas:

1) modifique o rotorhead para poder ajustar o Phasing, não posso te recomendar isto pois pode inutilizar o rotor se não fizer certo.

2) adicionei peso na ponta das pas (15 gramas), isto ajuda muito pro voo escala, novamente recomendo muita atenção nesta alteração, pode ser perigoso.

As pas de plastico são uteis, porem não melhores que as de Carbono modificadas.

O que posso recomendar e comprar as novas pas da Align pra Flybarless (3G)

Yepp....lot of people don't like when others do modifications, as happened with you I receive lot criticism about using Flymentors, I just think that serves to me, so is good for me !.

And for those who don't like no matter if you show how works, they simple don't see that.

Hola Antonio,

Em um heli clase 500 ou maior voara bem sim!

Não recomendo em helis 450 voar sem eletronica.

De qualquer forma os sistemas FBL hoje tem um bom custo, recomendo usarlos pois o valor deles e apenas um pouco mais do que um gyro !

For sure when more blades more stable and nice to fly, 500 size or bigger are perfect for multiblades ( 450 are not good without electronics).

Sir manuel, how much cyclic pitch do you have when using 50% dual rate, can you measure full stick cyclic pitch @ 0 collective pitch? Nice video

nice question James,

in the ciclic pitch around 3º degress, really small movement, but that because I like scale smooth flying.

another point is the head speed, 1900 RPM's.

I'd a flymentor on my T-Rex 500: It has never worked... I read that some units were defectives.

But, of course, yours it's OK ! Smooth control, nice to see in flying: i'm jalous !
