Swath is a design of Cat. Hard to describe what they look like. But in broad strokes they have VERY thin hulls all the way to the rear, for bouyancy they have long tubes below the water line. There are a couple on Youtube..

No way is this force 8 pall, know the location well, maybe a small 6. besides, if it were a force 8, wouldn't the skipper on the boat where u filmed from have taking his mooringlines from his forward bolder???????

Some of it is within the piers he's just leaving harbor.

He's not out in open sea.
