A little something about the Nightwish albums: am I the only one who deeply misses the beatiful illustrations on the covers of Oceanborn, Wishmaster, and Century Child? It seems that ever since Once the band has abandoned that type of cover art I love so much.

They've always been Nightwish. Tarja wasn't Nightwish. All she did was sung.

The only way Nightwish could truly lose its core is if Tuomas left. Tuomas writes their music, he should be getting more credit, not Tarja.

Watching End of Innocence has convinced that most of the band is just too immature to consistently produce material at this level. The band also clearly has no empathy for the amount of discipline it takes for someone to perform at the level that Tarja does.

i dont know about that, think of the discipline the rest of the band would have to have to become muscicians of this level. It hurts my feelings when all people think of when they of nightwish is tarja, i hate shes gone i would have loved to hear new songs with her singing and yes she made the band incredibly unique but i see it as a disservice to the rest of the band when all you see nowadays are people bickering about anette and tarja.

When I close my eyes and listen to this I can imagine anything, I just feel so relaxed, all the tension goes away and I could as well be in heaven.
