Because potting in pvp is noob style and waste of money =) Just imagine a hunter pvping you and they can use pots, imagine how much they can ditch your ass and pot all they want while you take damage from range constantly while trying to out pot them, while they can pot without getting hit. Unless both players agree on potting, it's considered cheating. Don't tell me that I'm wrong otherwise unless you are 10~15x on level and is very experienced in the game.

+20 def and +5% def in lvl 1 and also reflect 40-50 dmg

and its duration in 120 seconds
