That's pretty amazing! Do you just keep lacquering the timber to get that finish?

sorry, i don't know. i hope someone will answer that question! It was such a good exhibition that we visited it again recently!

yes. you finely sand, then apply large amounts of thick lacquer sanding in between coats. and then your final wet sand and a lot of polishing
