I then thought that Jesus himself asked us to pray to the father, so I have started to think that maybe what I did was not right. He's making it more personal for me and Him. i dont know if i am helping. but this is a snapshot of my dialogue with the Lord. i call Him by how i know Him and by seeing who He is in scripture. the Bible is not always explicit in words on what we need to know. for example, you are saying uh oh, the Bible didnt tell me i could pray to Jesus. this might be you or it might be the enemy. the Bible would never tell us we cant pray to

@linimo87 1/2 thanks for your comments. So I understand that you pray to all 3 persons of Trinity depenting on the circumstance and your need. As far as I am concerned I usually pray to the Father in the name of Jesus because this is what Jesus tought in the Bible. However sometimes I also prayed to Jesus. My problem is that afterwards I thought that maybe what i did was wrong because there isnt any verse in the bible showing us that we should pray to Jesus.

@linimo87 however since Jesus is the Lord of Lords and King of Kings, since I have accepted him as my Lord my King and my Savior I cannot understand why I should not also talk to him directly. But again the final authority in these issues must be the bible and we should not trust in our heart or logic. So I am a bit confused and this is why I wanted to see what other believers do. Also when I pray to the father I end my prayer "in Jesus"name. When you pray to Jesus how do you end your prayer?
