@GregsGuitars - Yeah, Robben Ford and Larry Carlton are two of the best guitar-teachers I've seen. They both know their instrument inside and out, plus they're both extremely-adept as guitar-instructors. Arlen Roth is another great one, as is Albert Lee, but they're not jazz/fusion guys. Satriani and Vai are both great teacher as well.
I'd start with Ford and Carlton. Plenty of teaching-stuff right here on YouTube. Also, it helps to download some backing tracks to play along with.
When Greg doesn't do that boring jazzy-bluesy solos, he really can blow minds with his solos.

I love the bound fingerboard on this guitar as well as the fact that it has the stud and large tuneomatic bridge as Greg is playing.

As many of us say here, you sound best on SGs :)

Love your solo playing! But what about some chords or licks in open position? I think some riff would be useful to understand the sound of a guit!

@SurfandTachi You can actually still find this guitar on sites like musiciansfriend & Guitarcenter. Gibson only makes then for those 2 carriers.
