I love this mask!! A suggestion would be to ground the oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder before mixing so it will spread more evenly :)

Can you use instant oatmeal? and does the oatmeal have to be ground to a fine consistency?

After having the mask on for 10-15 mins, when washing off, is it okay to wash off with your normal cleanser as well or only with water?

I don't use instant oatmeal, but I heard it's okay to use.

It is optional to ground up the oatmeal.

I think you should just wash the mask off with water. Oatmeal actually is a natural cleanser.
