seemed pretty real to me. screams are hard to fake, when they car hit her she went straight plop, not fall gracefully, and at the end it had the city and case number so i think somebody did get in trouble or investigated. And that blood and the blood spray seemed incredibly realistic too, not that cheap fake red blood. and there were no signs of missings frames so it was all in one shoot. Even if it is fake id say thats really good acting for amatatueurs all in one long shoot with no cuts.
