  • You don't need to start it to blow the horn

  • @PlanesTrainsAutos

well no... but the car was running since it had been sitting for 11 years without being started.

  • @horny4horsepower planning to sell the car?

  • @compound32

right away? no but unfortuatly yes in the future. Maybe a year or two from now.

  • @horny4horsepower Oh ok, hopefully I become the buyer, if not then hopefully the buyer continues its great memories and probably ends up in a musuem or something of good.

  • @horny4horsepower I wouldn't sell it. Maybe you should re-consider?

  • An original Ford model A horn sounds different. however this is a very nice sound as well

  • nope really and truly this is an origional model a horn, if you read the caption for the video it explains why the horn sounds funny. the car has been in storage for close to a decade and the horn not used that whole time.

  • We have had over 15 model A's and all the old origanal ones had another horn. This horn was made to be put on any old car you want

  • my uncles got a cream yellow 1930 Model A....I think almost all original pretty much (except the wheels). I want a red 1928 Porter.

  • @horny4horsepower I had one and the horn sounded like that.

  • the A ford horn was suposed to sound different than any other car ,(epespecially gm ) Mr ford wanted it that way

  • always loved the model A's, even though im more of a GM guy lol.

  • i love those horns i love your car too so rare these days thats 1 awesome car

  • A vintage car with a similar-sounding horn frequented the parking lot of a small shopping mall near my childhood home. I heard it's horn before I saw it, and untill I saw it, I had absolutely no idea what the heck made that sound. Trying to guess what it was, I envisioned all sorts of thing, including some mix between a donkey and a mechanical toy with technical issues...

Today I've got an "AROOOOOO-GAH!" sound for ringtone on my cellphone... XD

  • very niice horn...ahoooga!

  • Got to be a Sparton. They sound the best.

  • Regards to Model A horns, do you know of other horn makes that would have been used on the M As?

  • Is this the original ford 1929 horn?

  • sure is this car is all orgional!

  • Very nice, do you know where i can find a model-a horn for sale?

  • i want that horn!

  • Nice A sweet horn
