They used the F27´s there from ´65-´92. Once they had an engine fire on takeoff going the opposite way. The more critical way. It was handled well.

Wow that is a superb piece of filming and a lovely look at an amazing place. The only thing to improve it would have been that the aircraft was an F27 rather than an F50. Same shape, but not quite the same plane. Thanks for posting.
