well i have to say u look amazing to be 60sum years old and ur recipes are a must on my to try list...thanks for posting and breaking it dwn step by step
Hi Betty! If i were to make this with peaches, like a peach cobbler, should I leave some crust at the very bottom or do the same thing done here and put it in the middle? Also would 10 minutes be appropriate for peaches? Thanks :))
Dear Betty, This is a really good recipe. I love all of your recipe. Especially with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. By the way, can you make a raspberry souffle. Please respond question. Thank you.
wow i have never seen a recipe like this. It is like hidden treat in the middle. It was very clever to cook the middle dough before adding the final topping so that it wasn't soggy. :)
O M G Betty! I love cobblers. And I am soooo hungry after watching this. I live in S. Korea (am an ESL teacher) and it is near impossible to make things like this. But I torture myself anyway! lol. I am returning to ATL for a couple of months and already know what the first thing I will be cooking!
Thanks Thanks Thanks Thanks for all your hard work.
I love blueberries since I was brought up picking them in the wild forests of New Hampshire...they were everywhere...what a great presentation and so delicious looking...
@Maskedman46 I'm glad you liked the cobbler. I did blackberry last year, and I hope to do peach cobbler later this summer--but blueberry is my favorite! Thanks for your sweet comment!
@missDnyc I have done blueberry and blackberry--just have not gotten around to peach cobbler yet. In the meantime, I have a few peach desserts you might like!
@JimboJitsu Hi Jimbo! Thanks for your lovely comments! I hope you are having a great day! Yes, you an use blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, or peaches--pretty much any fruit in season that you enjoy!
This looks so good!, and lovely( lattice crust) Betty! I know it smells wonderful! O love cobblers.( apple, peach, cherry, concord grape, strawberry, etc!!) the lattice is tricky but can be mastered. Thanks Betty.
I like how you're still slim even if you upload cooking or baking videos every day! What kind of exercise do you do? By the way, thumbs up and THANK YOU so much for your videos!
@xKawaiiDollx Thanks for your nice comment! I have a workout video in bettyskitchen. It shows exactly the workout routine that I do. Just search for workout or gym. (I also am very disciplined about eating small portions!)
@bettyskitchen You're welcome! Oh... I see! I really want to be a chef someday, specializing in those baking stuff :D I say 'someday' because of my age.. well... I don't want to say my real age..
I love peach cobbler, but I haven't had blueberry cobbler since visiting relatives way down in Arkansas and it was so so so good. Can't wait to try this.
Love your great cooking, Betty! Thanks for another wonderful recipe..how have u all been this hot summer?....It's been a scorcher here in AR , lots of humidity, too. Bless u and your family and (((Hugs))) from Angie in AR
Betty,I just wanted to tell you great videos. But I have noticed the last few icecream videos you have made you were having a hard time scooping. You should get a pug with water and heat it up till verry hot.set it next to your workspace and keep your scooper in there and every scoop dip it in the hot water.Perfict every time
Wonderful recipe as always Betty, I'll have to try this you make it look so so yummy. I really like Blackberries better I'm sure it will work as well!! Great video!!:-)
Love blueberries my mouth is watering. Looks delicious! Pop that ice cream scoop in a tall glass of hot tap water between scoops and it will be easier to get the ice cream out. Now where do I get some fresh blueberries from...... Hm.
Funny you posted that recipe today. I just got back from picking blueberries with my daughter and her sons. Don't even know if I got 3 pints, but it is so hot here that we picked until we needed to cool off. Think I will just freeze them and use them in muffins and pancakes and possibly smoothies. Was fun, but would have been better if it was a lot cooler!
Nice brand of vanilla extract. I've always wondered if buying the more expensive stuff makes a difference. Your brands are usually affordable, so I was surprised to see it. Thanks for the vid
Betty, the recipe looks awesome. Umm when I got all my ingredients to make this recipe, I realized that I had sugar twice. When I watched the video, you only put it in once. I will continue to follow the video for the recipe as you may have made a mistake in the write - up.
@MrRallz Thanks for noticing. I was in the process of editing; I just finished. I always proofread the recipe, and I do repeat each ingredient amount in the write-up below the ingredients. Thanks so much for alerting me to the discrepancy!

@LittleMisss15x I think I would just have crust on the bottom. It might take a little longer than 10 minutes; just test it with a fork.
