Battery powered grinder, the clamps just latch onto the wheel, sometimes with a cheap padlock, if they used a cheap padlock just bring a hacksaw out and cut though the metal bit where it locks on the padlock, then remove it and if the blokes van is still there, throw it through his windscreen!
The other way is to grind it off the whole axle. You cannot remove it a different way, even if you removed the brake disk you need the wheel off first to access the disk brake nuts.

If you park inconsiderably, such as in the video, you're asking to get a clamp and don't bother doing anything about it because it will backfire. Doesn't matter what your excuse is at the end of the day, park accordingly, and you won't have a problem. We all pay tax ffs, don't think that makes you invincible. And people still don't understand.....
@MrFoxy1974 most people learn to drive and don't have to worry about being clamped because they park LEGALLY. whether you like it or not it's the law and if you want the privilage of driving you must follow them. simple as that. don't like it ride bikes with your kids to get to school.

This is exactly what to do,now the trick is - only damage the lock! and that is all you can be liable for,better still hold the clamp and charge them for storage.
