"I have yet to find a single credible source pointing to a case where Che executed 'an innocent'. Those persons executed by Guevara or on his orders were condemned for the usual crimes punishable by death at times of war or in its aftermath: desertion, treason or crimes such as rape, torture or murder. I should add that my research spanned five years, and included anti-Castro Cubans among the Cuban-American exile community in Miami and elsewhere."
Che is justice ... Che is righteousness ... Che is liberty ... Che is equality ... Che is fearlessness ... Che is rebellion ... Che is truth.
Che is everything noble in the human spirit. An eternal flame that burns in the hearts of millions - that flame can never be extinguished. If a heaven didn't exist before Oct 9 1967, then one would have had to be created = solely for Che Guevara.
I agree about Che, but he WAS, an idiot, not IS. When calling others idiots, we need to make sure we don't make dumb mistakes like this. Kind of like the infamous "GET A BRAIN MORANS" sign.
its ironic people bitch about che kill people but dont realize that america has probally killed more people than che or fidel has mellow out people che wasnt that bad and he wasnt a raciest if he was then why did he go to the congo to help people their he saw cuba as a big time fail because they didnt get indsturivile he left and went else were to explore
Che’s radicalism was spawned from living in Guatemala during the 1953 overthrow of Jacobo Arbenz by the CIA at the behest of the United Fruit Company (those lovely capitalists who liked to kill brown Central Americans so Americans could have cheap bananas).
Che saw the brutality of U$ Imperialism up close, and gave his life in Bolivia to defeat it. Che fought 3 U.S.-backed dictators during his life (Batista, Mobutu, Barrientos).
History may not ever see such a brave man again. VIVA CHE!!

Who is an idiot? It's CHE not SHAE! CH, CH, CHURCH. CH, CH CHANGE. CH, CH, CHE. And by the way. Did you know that the U.S. Government allowed TERRORISTS to operate FREELY OUT OF MIAMI. Setting off bombs on Cuban Airliners and in Cuban Hotels KILLING CIVILIANS! Stop being a SHEEPLE and THINK FOR YOURSELF!
Learn to pronounce his name. Also, did you know that the U.S funded Batista because they thought he could be controlled, even though he was killing thousands and starving people? Did you know the first thing Che pushed through under Fidel was a land reform so farmers could own there own rights? Did you know the U.S killed 100,000 CIVILIANS in 'Nam and Cambodia? Did you know America wanted peace wth Castro even after they knew he was red? America- the land of hypocrisy and self righteousness
@KurtCobain198666 fuck fidel and guevara. did you know that guevara and fidel killed thousands of innocent people that didnt want to have their lands confiscated ? Commies = Useful Idiots.
@yandykun did you know that the u.s have funded more dictators that any other nation? Did you know that the U.S forces are responsible for the deaths of millions? They only turned against Fidel when he started nationalizing Cuba, which means America lost billions. You can state how Guevara, or Castro or Pot, or whoever killed millions, but America has killed, and backed the killing, of more. If you don't believe me, reply, and i'll PM you the statistics.
@KurtCobain198666 NOW NOW NOW. who the fuck cares about the US ?it's always the same shit about the US. this is about CUBA. i dont care what the US did in afganistan, vietnam,or iraq. i just dont give a shit. i care about what happens in my country. if you think that the people in my country are happy with communism, then you are really igonrant.at these americans "killed" those people by mistake. castro and geuvara killed thousands just because their thoughts were different.
@yandykun Parade magazine listed 25 world dictators and america has funded 23. Using OECD they funded these 23 world dictators over $1 billion in military aid. Not aid for the general public, but to supports these regimes. Oh by the way, yes they funded Fidel. So maybe you can explain how things like that, and also the my lai massacre and the incident on hill 192 was 'murder by mistake'? America was funding Batista (a dictator) long before Castro arrived on the scene.
@KurtCobain198666 i will ask you again, who the fuck cares about the US ?IT IS because of people like you who are always bitching about america that you own country cant fricking progress.you guys waste too much time bitching, no wonder south america has no future. batista was a fucking piece of shit, but he was nothing compared to castro.gadafi is another piece of shit. maybe he thinks that bombing his own people was actually fun.this is about cuba, forget the US.stop BITCHING about the US.
@yandykun because it's always been cuba vs U.S, like the embargo against Cuba. NOBODY else interfers with Cuban affairs apart from America. So when you want to point out the evilness of a man, it's rational to look at his enemies. With Che, that happened to be the U.S. When the U.S trained the CIA agents that captured Che, and aided the army that executed him. The U,S placed an embargo on Cuba. The U.S is a relivent topic when dicussing Che. If you fail to regognise that, you're an ignoramus.
@yandykun My country is in the same state as any MEDC democracy right now. The U.S is as financially strained as the U.K right now. Also, a civilian bitching about another country won't effect or impact his own in any way. Once a political part is in power, I have no say on it's decisions whice leaves me free to discuss politics or other subjects. Or perhaps you assumed i'm Cuban, and didn't take the tme to check my profile. Your argument is mute, because I can discuss whatever I like.
@KurtCobain198666 "Or perhaps you assumed i'm Cuban, and didn't take the tme to check my profile." what ?i dont do that. why ?i dont give a shit where are you from or what you have in your channel. Yes, opinions of civilians bitching about other countries does affect their own country as well.try to do something useful in your country instead of bitching about the "US". the US is in afganistan "whaaaa". seriously man it gets tired.che was a chief executioner and nothing more.
che stopped more killings than he did. anyways, the U.S. are more of killers than he ever was...
ever heard of the conflict in a little country called vietnam?
unjustified war, killing millions of laos, cambodians, and vietnamise people just because the U.S. shits it's pants whenever it hears the word communism?
63 people don't have idea who Che Guevara was. I'm from Argentina and I think he's one of the greatest murderers of history. He was racist, homophobic and killed those who didn't think as he did.
He didn't do anything for my country, I'm glad to know that he's dead!!!
@tucumanian7 We in, my former country of Romania, got rid of our versions of che and our communist dictator (Ceausescu) in our revolution. My wife is Italian and she has relitives in Argentina and Chile. We have been to Argentina several times and from my experience found that most people don't like che.
@tucumanian7 ha ha I wish you go outside to the street of Argentina and say what you're saying right now and see what they think, we probably wont see you again. YOU'RE A FUCKING DISGRACE!
62 people don't have idea who Che Guevara was. I'm argentinian and I think he's one of the biggest murderer of the history. He didn't do a sh*t for my country, he was racist and homophobic. He didn't care about human's right, he only cared about his stupid ideology.

What a fag! The only thing I agree here is tha Che would probably nut check us all cause we are feeding the capitalist in a way. But idk wat this fag is tlkin about terrorist. He's the one that an idiot I'm guessing is too difficult for him to get a book and read, instead he gets it from the media or YouTube fag!
fuck you mother fucker ,u are the only sucker idiot loser shut the fuck up ,viva la revolucion viva el che a la mierda con los imperialistas SATANISTAS
Poor dude not really well read.Che fought against American Imperialism-its nice to see Che's ideas coming into practice, now it seems all the Latin American countries are controlling their own destinies not being bought and controlled by American interests which is really corporate America. For the naive dude who posted this nonsense he should really do some reading on Latin America...
i find it funny that most people who hate che are middle class white americans who were born into a country who's governtment "cares" for them, where marxism is seen as a no go through relentless propaganda they learned from a less than adequate civics class. Not mentioning the western imperialism that ravaged cuba and south america for decades, or the puppet president fulgencio batista who was rutheless amongst his own people. must be easy? che's bad becuase he wasnt born white?
Why is it that che and fidel are called heroes but the contras are called thugs? They did the same things to people but the contras always get all the shit and che and fidel get praised! Know I don" t like either group but it looks to me that sense che and fidel were leftists they get a pass.
Fucking moron, I know that Che would have hated that I wear his face on a t-shirt (Because of his hate against commercialism and capitalism) but you are a faggot who try to insult people who do not believe in your capitalist bullshit.
I wear his face on my clothes as a reminder of him. I know what he has done (Murder people for instance). He was a great man, had great curage, risked his life for the people, But I still think that he has achived more for humanity than you will ever do.
This guy is an idiot. He wouldn't last a day in the jungle, and the only time he'll see the inside of a medical school is to clean the toilets. Che was a humanitarian, a medical doctor, and a great warrior. He did more for the people that had nothing than your politicians ever will. He gave his life for what he believed in. This Skinhead Nazi lookin dude reaks of imperialisim oppression
over-simplifying different perspectives, lol pretty funny, my che t-shirts cost me no more than 10 dollars.. lol Now I'm insane for respecting his legacy, why would anyone take what this albino faggot has to say, He's a CONSERVATIVE, and looks like a skinhead nazi.. lol argument well-spoken "conservativesimon".. you just convinced another american that you're an idiot
Interesting video Simon. Che was not a pacifist, and yes if you were part of that Elite US ranger team in Bolivia that was sent to kill him, He would have killed you. He was solidier, and commander of an army. His legacy is different. and those who live in real oppression can understand it

Its hilarious, how the the enemy that Che sworn to fight, now uses him, just like any other product to SELL.Maybe he DID want to live in a better world, however it is a pitty that he didnt have what it needs. So farewell Che.
i agree...ppl who buy a che t shirt are idiots...for contributing to the destructive nature that is unmonitored capitalism.....but you my friend who so evidently is trying harder than those che shirt wearing idiots to look like a rebel....are a bald bafoon if you believe that rebelling in a punk manner constitutes being a butt slave of the enterprise...that not only "would" kill you...BUT ACTUALLY DOES
If Che Guevara was a terrorist, I suppose by the same logic Obama is a communist. Although I do agree that "punks" who idolize him as "that guy," deserve to be slapped around continuously, you can't call the man something he wasn't. He was a complex idealist who happened to be good looking, scruffy and passionate. There was controversy around his death as he died on a type of suicide mission. Fidel used his image as a diving board for revolutionary propaganda . Marketable, yes. Terrorist, no.
THIS GUY IS RIGHT, IF YOU LOVE CHE, YOU ARE STUPID LIKE HIM
YEA HE WAS A TERRORIST, HE SAID MANY TIMES
PEOPLE STOP BEEN IDIOTS AND READ BOOKD
HE MURDER PEOPLE, HE WAS AN ARGENTINIAN THAT WAS NOT WELCOME TO FIGHT FOR CUBA. CUBA WAS A PARADISE, THEY DISTROY CUBA AND STEAL FROM EVERY CUBAN TO PUT MONEY IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS
Conservative Simon; thank you for your honest assestment of Che wearing turds. It never ceases to amaze me how Liberal and Communist views are defended by the profound wisdom of saying " Uhhuuaa no you did it first" They will never have honor they are cowards and liars and the only good communist is Che and those like him who are buried six feet under.
yeah you are the idiot Che t shirts cost about 10 to 20 bucks not 80 first all, and second all you Americans call anyone who does not agree with you a terrorist.
I feel sorry for assholes like you who are so ignorant, no wonder you only have 3,866 views and almost all the comments are negative ha ha

Yes he killed a lot of people. mostly when he was in charge of the prison "La Cabana" but come on it was a war! it was a revolution for crying out loud! what happen to him is what happens to most people who gain power they get corrupted this guy was not trying to be a hero! plain and simple some guy got an idea of using his face as a shirt, blew up a story and his laughing in his house making billions!
Che was an over-glorified hobo. He was also the most useless soldier any military could have, save as a possible medic. He totally bought the diversionary tactic in the Bay of Pigs, he totally fucked up the tactics in the Congo, and his "battle of Santa Clara" has lnog since been exposed for the hoax it truly is.
Che is the crotch stain of humanity, and only the most bitch-slappably STUPID are in denial of that fact.
As if saying "totally" every other word doesn't spoil any hope you had of being taken seriously, your lack of fact to support your outlandish opinion sure does. Do some research and learn history before you want to pretend you have an intelligent opinion.
Actually, moron, everything I said about the over-glorified hobo IS historical fact. Opinion is redundant, but I enjoy bringing one along.
Oh, and about Che the Pig...how close do you think you'll come to finding the culprits who cut the head off of the bust dedicated to him in Venezuela? I'm personally acquainted with two of them.
Ah, verbal insults lacking depth of vocabulary! The refuge of the unintelligent. Nothing you said it historical fact. It is a paragraph of opinion, and an uninformed one at that. Congrats on being personally acquainted with two people who cut the head off of a bust. That is, indeed, impressive. It is so easy to try and demean the life of those who actually do something meaningful with their life. Enjoy your barco lounger and reality tv tonight.
No, I did state facts while condescending to your blind ass. Educated people have been known to do that, too. Che did buy into the diversion at the Bay of Pigs, he did perpetuate the Santa Clara hoax, and he and his cannibal buddies actually were soundly routed by the CIA in the Congo. Chancho Guevarra sucked as much militarily as he did at anything else.
During the Bay of Pigs, Che lead his army into battle against a diversionary boat loaded with fireworks. Commanding a battle against a rowboat full of firecrackers, he mishandled his pistol and shot himself in the jaw.
Che was not successful as a military leader, he was only successful as a jailer, executioner, and secret policeman...and then only because he was such a sociopath that people were terrified of him.
how many people W BUSH killed in irak?? bye the way where is he now?? is he in jail? ohhh let me guess he is in his ranch living la vida loca, CHE died long tome ago, BUSH still alive
you pro che people on here are so ignorant its almost laughable. che was not a good man... he was racist (said that blacks were 2nd class citizens who waste their money on booze) he was oppressive (outlawed rock music because it was "imperialistic") and he was a terrorist who killed thousands of people and stated that the people of the united states should be exterminated and if he had possession of a nuclear bomb... he would use it on the USA... what an upstanding man he was huh?
Its not surprising that Humberto Fontova has clout in the cacophous 3rd world din of Batistiano right-wing idiocy that is Miami. Little Havana replete with parasitic lumpen cast offs, and former BRAC goons of the brutal Mafia backed Batista apparatus, has always been ground zero for every kind of liar, fraud, and CIA bootlicker that the anti-communist financial ponzi scheme has to offer. America and their red scare mentality heap money on these hacks to create mountains of claptrap.
jajaja i think you r the idiot 4 make this video, comet to latin america "and find the truth" Bush kill more people in irak than che in cuba, and the northamericans vote twice for him hahahaha "sorry 4 my english"
youre an idiot.... over 17000 people were killed in the 60s thanks to castros regime and who do we have to thank for that? why che guevarra of course!
Many people admire Che Guevera because he was selfless, capable of self criticism and fought to rid the world of imperialism (US and Soviet), exploitation of the poor and working people by the capitalist elites. It is true that he did kill people, but that arguably, that was done in self defense -- the US & Cuban big business actively tried to destroy the Revolution almost from day one. If the US didn't meddle in Cuba's internal affairs, perhaps the Cuban revolution would have been more benign.
To some extent, yes. Almost from the beginning the US tried to sabotage the Cuban Revolution using violent means including assasination attempts. Many of the people Che had executed were likely higher ups in the Batista regime who murdered several thousand of Cubans in the 1950s and would have done so again if they had won. However, Che can still be criticised for the lack of fair trials (not uncommon in civil wars mind you) and for executing moderates.
He didn't give unfair trials. He didn't give any trials. He was called "The Butcher of La Cabana", now if you work in a meat shop it's ok to be called a butcher, but other than that it must mean you're a violent war criminal.
But MARCFEDAK's comments about his fight against capitalism taking advantage of the poor in Latin America...that is something the world still supports to this day. But as long as there is a dollar to be made, exploited they will remain & someone will always make a Che shirt to sell. That is capitalism in its purest form. A communist is worth exploiting.
@ConservativeSimon Calling Che a Murderer is like calling Patton a murder. War isnt pretty. He was a soldier who killed other soldier and got killed by a soldier. WTF do you know about being a soldier.
@ConservativeSimon It was the fault of the US that Cuba was left to fester under the leadership of capitalist robber barons which created the environment for a revolution. There was no other country that had their fingers in Cuba so who else is there to blame???
Selfless-Che wore a Rolex watch taken from the wrist, rode in a luxury car, and lived in an estate...all taken from their owners by force.
Capable-During the Bay of Pigs (but well away from the actual fighting), Che led an army into battle against a boat load of firecrackers meant as a diversion. Che mishandled his pistol and accidently shot himself in the jaw.
Opposed Soviet imperialism-The only reason Che opposed the Soviets was because Che was a Stalinist, and Kruschev was to moderate
@marcfedak I agree. The US had unfettered influence from the end of the Spanish American War (1899) to the Cuban Revolution (1959). During that time the US allowed Cuba to rot from within and the only people who faired well, including US -supported Batista, were those with links to the Mafia. The common person was left in squalor. Instead of creating a healthy democratic free market state, US politicians were more focussed on their United Fruit Company stocks.
i agree in the sence that alot of people wear che t-shirts and dont know much about him, but on the other hand alot of people do, Alberto Korda gave permission for the image to be replicated as it empowered the sence of revolution, but as soon as smirmoff used it for advertising he sued them for 50000 dollars to which he donated to the cuban health system. You can have your views, like i can have mine, but atleast make constructed arguments rather than just, "hes a terrorist. your an idiot"
Have any of you ignorant turds posting negative comments ever actually, you know, *been* to a communist country and seen what assholes like Che put into practice?
I have.
The only tragedy is that Che didn't die choking on his own snot like Stalin or shot by his own countrymen like Chauchescu. Instead, he died begging for his life like Beria, after Castro set him up to be killed for the useful idiot he was.
(That's one thing Che taught us. No lack of useful idiots out there.)
Cuba has universal health care, no homeless, no illiteracy and no malnutrition. In the US the congress serves business and the military, over half a million unwanted children , and the US has one of the largest prison populations in the world. The poor in Cuba live better than the poor in the US.
You could go to school in Cuba and become a doctor in one of the best medical schools in the world and not even pay for school. Che was right
They have no illiteracy? are you kidding? where do you get your stats? Cuba has one of the hightest rates of illiteracy. It was that way before Castro but he changed nothing. My first girlfriend, a Venezuelan, had an uncle who was a teacher who went to Cuba to help bring literacy there. He had no politics and he was killed by Guevara's thugs. Oh, and don't call him a Batista sympathizer as he had no politics. They also have power outages on a daily basis there, at least places with electiricity.
Haha, where do YOU get your stats??? Cuba actually has the highest literacy rate in the world! Higher than USA. And about him being a terrorist, whatever he was, he wasn't a terrorist. He didn't use the kind of methods that define terrorism. Period. By the way, the penalties given to people after the revolution was based on the law that Cuba had at that point. The same as Batistas's regime used. If you wanna talk about war criminals, just look at your own country.
Cuba had one of the highest literacy rates in the world before Fidel took over. It had three universities, and about 25,000 public school teachers. It had thousands of rural schools and a system of motorized libraries to make books available to the rural poor. And all this was in the 1950s.
BTW...In the 1950s, Cuba ranked 8th for industiral pay, and 7th for agricultural pay. Farmworkers in Cuba were better off than farm workers in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and a lot of other nations.
HAS one of the highest literacy rates right now. Just check the stats. Check these things before you write. For example, a 1998 study by UNESCO reported that Cuban students showed a high level of educational achievement. Of course, you're welcome to have your opinion, but don't lie.
Cuba was number 33 among 112 nations in the world as far as the level of daily reading, with 101 newspaper copies published per 1,000 inhabitants, which also contradicts the argument that the country was inhabited by a great number of illiterates.
The public school system employed 25,000 teachers, and the private school system counted with 3,500.
In the middle of the 1950s, there were 1,206 rural school houses in Cuba, as well as a mobile library system (179,738 books).
Cuba had three government financed universities and three others that were privately run. There 20,000 students enrolled in the government run universities.
Also in 1958, Cuba had 114 institutions of higher education, below the university level; among them were technical institutes, polytechnic and professional schools, which were financed by the government. Just in 1958, these institutions graduated 38,428 students.
Before Castro, Cuba already had a tradition of near universal literacy.
For the 1950s, and 18% illiteracy rate would have been considered good for a European country or or many US states. For a developing country, it was outstanding.
You cannot credit Fidel or Che for a for high literacy rate when Cuba had low illiteracy to begin with.
Well, the literacy subject came from someone here saying that Cuba has one of the highest illiteracy rates in the world. That kind of crap pisses me off a bit. When people just say stuff without actually checking it. I'm not saying that Castro is all good but I dislike all the lies about him and the revolution. And the word "terrorist" that nowadays seems to translate to: Person with different political belief than mainstream americans.
I would not say that Fidel is a terrorist, but he has clearly supported terrorist groups such as the FARC "rebels" in Columbia, which began as a Marxist militia and have clearly degenerated into narco terrorists.
On the other hand Fidel and Che clearly used terror as a weapon to implement their domestic political goals. Che imself oversaw hundreds of executions without trial. And many of those imprisoned and executed were not Batista thugs, but simply competing anti-Batista rebels.
You criticize one dictatorship but I don't see you acknowledging all the other dictatorships set up by your own country through Latin America to protect U.S. foreign interests and monopolies, those of Castilo Armas, Jorge Videla, Alfredo Stroessner, or Augusto Pinochet for starters, and the oppression and brutality they brought for millions of people. Americans can live free but the countries that are exploited under exported capitalism do not.
hahahahaha fucking cracker you sucks with bush and all you idiot president che guevara is some like a god i have the big face of che in my room viva cuba let me tou you something wee need more che"s for destroy your country well its all ho let me tou you some ok i want a buy a cherles manson shirt like the others americans idiots are ridiculous with manson and shirts of gac
aww its ok just cause u came to the us and could make anymoney dosnt mean u have to destroy us .......grow the fuck up learn u ass fuck cuba is not free now cuba is a pirson becuase of him you are a dumbass tool
Sorry but Che wasn´t a idiot, maybe the most people who does wear a che shirt are idiot, i don´t think Che would be happy to know what they´re doing with his memory if he could.
Gusanos get whiny when you remind them that they tucked in the wieners and fled from a few hundred bearded guys with guns to the comfort of American Capitali$m.
Maybe if they had half the Cajones that Che had, they would have tried to start their own revolution and topple Fidel. Hell Fidel at one time was down to 12 men and came out victorious. So whats their problem ??? - grab 82 of those south beach geezers, load up a yacht, and see how far they get.
Johnny Ramon could lick my balls, and you could join him, buddy. I bet you would like that. You and Johnny touching tongues, what a dream. Drown in your idiocy, amigo.
@diogoleonardo1 there aren't many priveledged upper middle class college students running around wearing shirts with pictures of bush on them because it's available at hot topic, now, is there?
I think it´s funny how americans always call people they don´t agree with terrorists. If you want to thrash Che, there´s probably better arguments than calling him something that he wasn´t. Fidel is probably a terrorist too, according to you... America terrorize the whole world but they´re never called terrorist but liberators, at least by the americans themselves. Not many people in Europe would agree...
Europeans would all disagree like France, Germany, Holland, Poland. Guevara killed indiscriminately, that makes him a terrorist. er, I mean "made" him a terrorist.
if you were a true punker you wouldn't say dumb shit like this. true punk and im not talking about green day and the off spring, is talking about what america is doing wrong to the world. If you had any brains in your head, or at least a little bit of a true punk heart you wouldn;t say this shit. you would think for your selve in stead of believing all the bullshit you see in the media.
hahahahahahahahahahh you dumb fucking american dipshit. why is he a terrorist? because he stood up to american capitalism. and you are such a dumb redneck fuck that you directly believe everything you hear. ANd he didn't chose to be made into some t-shirt idol you fuck. that ;s what your great america did with him. people like you should be exterminated
flippin' hilarious! you took the words right out of my mouth. Venice beach is loaded with che-tee wearing skaters who probably don't even know who Johnny Ramone is. Green Day and Blink are the "old timey" bands for them.
Che is my Idol, and for tha reason, i rufuse to were the shirts. The fact that there being made is an insult to his name.
He hated Consumerism, and this white trash is right, he probably would kill you for wearing it. If you have one and support his ideas, then throw it out. If you belive in just freedom of speech, then i welcome you to wear it.
And to rm06c, Wikipedia is not the kind of palce to get historical facts, for obvious reasons, and your and idiot for using it.
---> The U.$. backed & armed Pinochet, Trujillo, Suharto, Marcos, and Somoza. + Batista who killed 20,000 Cubans !
Che Guevara was 'created' through the United Fruit Co & CIA 1953 overthrow of the democratically elected Arbenz in Guatemala (while Che was living there). Any actions of Uncle $am's induced Frankenstein's, ultimately lead back to U.$. foreign policy - and the brutal tyrants it supports, arms, and chooses to head it's allied financial oligarchies.
Great point, also Che wasn't communist. He actually denounced the Soviet. In reality at this time if you didn't side with the US then you were considered Communist. The US trained and supplied weapons for Pinochet. Why the US allow a military coup that killed thousands of children. This video was stupid.
Che was a commie, he was trained by the soviets, he was in charge of the cuban secret police and he did murder thousands who disagred with communist cuban gov. what did he denounce the soviet for? reluctance to go to war with US??
Someone would have to be stupid to idolize a man whose idealogy and actions they do know understand or care to know.
Che was a murderer and a traitor to the people. He only served his own selfish interests and used Marxism (as all Marxist followers do) to gain power over the weak minded in the masses.
Granted, he was intellegent and clever, but used his abiltiy to an evil end.

...so just wear a green t-shirt, shave your head and go join the army!! there you will have the oportunity to be very (very!) concearned about human lives,,,
A bald sarcastic guy. You must be a devil with the ladies. Che actually did something with his life and will be forever remembered. What did you do with your life? Listen to the ramones and shave your head? And your saying his name wrong. Its CHe not SHe your fucking dunce.
Thats funny because other authors have had no problems at all finding credible sources who witnessed che murder innocent people. You say he spent 5 years researching the man, but there are authors who have spent a lifetime living in Cuba and have seen first hand what che has done. But they are glad there are ignorant fools such as yourself who will buy their propaganda and wear your gay little che t-shirts which warns everybody around you that you are a fucking idiot.
There is an entire cottage industry of Cuban exile, right-wing gusano hacks that post weekly ramblings with made up non-sense about Che Guevara. They frequent the Malkin/Coulter/Limbaugh/Beck/H annity sphere of ditto-head idiocy and cast meat into the lion"s den of moronic historical illiteracy. Then they cite each other as references for future insane rants = circular stupidity at its finest.

"I have yet to find a single credible source pointing to a case where Che executed 'an innocent'. Those persons executed by Guevara or on his orders were condemned for the usual crimes punishable by death at times of war or in its aftermath: desertion, treason or crimes such as rape, torture or murder.
Hasta la Victoria Siempre !!!

VIVA CHE!!

KurtCobain198666 8 months ago
@KurtCobain198666 NOW NOW NOW. who the fuck cares about the US ?it's always the same shit about the US. this is about CUBA. i dont care what the US did in afganistan, vietnam,or iraq. i just dont give a shit. i care about what happens in my country. if you think that the people in my country are happy with communism, then you are really igonrant.at these americans "killed" those people by mistake. castro and geuvara killed thousands just because their thoughts were different.
yandykun 8 months ago
@yandykun Parade magazine listed 25 world dictators and america has funded 23. Using OECD they funded these 23 world dictators over $1 billion in military aid. Not aid for the general public, but to supports these regimes. Oh by the way, yes they funded Fidel. So maybe you can explain how things like that, and also the my lai massacre and the incident on hill 192 was 'murder by mistake'? America was funding Batista (a dictator) long before Castro arrived on the scene.
KurtCobain198666 8 months ago
@KurtCobain198666 i will ask you again, who the fuck cares about the US ?IT IS because of people like you who are always bitching about america that you own country cant fricking progress.you guys waste too much time bitching, no wonder south america has no future. batista was a fucking piece of shit, but he was nothing compared to castro.gadafi is another piece of shit. maybe he thinks that bombing his own people was actually fun.this is about cuba, forget the US.stop BITCHING about the US.
yandykun 8 months ago
@yandykun because it's always been cuba vs U.S, like the embargo against Cuba. NOBODY else interfers with Cuban affairs apart from America. So when you want to point out the evilness of a man, it's rational to look at his enemies. With Che, that happened to be the U.S. When the U.S trained the CIA agents that captured Che, and aided the army that executed him. The U,S placed an embargo on Cuba. The U.S is a relivent topic when dicussing Che. If you fail to regognise that, you're an ignoramus.
KurtCobain198666 8 months ago
@yandykun My country is in the same state as any MEDC democracy right now. The U.S is as financially strained as the U.K right now. Also, a civilian bitching about another country won't effect or impact his own in any way. Once a political part is in power, I have no say on it's decisions whice leaves me free to discuss politics or other subjects. Or perhaps you assumed i'm Cuban, and didn't take the tme to check my profile. Your argument is mute, because I can discuss whatever I like.
KurtCobain198666 8 months ago
@KurtCobain198666 "Or perhaps you assumed i'm Cuban, and didn't take the tme to check my profile." what ?i dont do that. why ?i dont give a shit where are you from or what you have in your channel. Yes, opinions of civilians bitching about other countries does affect their own country as well.try to do something useful in your country instead of bitching about the "US". the US is in afganistan "whaaaa". seriously man it gets tired.che was a chief executioner and nothing more.

QuartuvLarry 2 years ago
As if saying "totally" every other word doesn't spoil any hope you had of being taken seriously, your lack of fact to support your outlandish opinion sure does. Do some research and learn history before you want to pretend you have an intelligent opinion.
oxBUSHIDOxo 1 year ago
Actually, moron, everything I said about the over-glorified hobo IS historical fact. Opinion is redundant, but I enjoy bringing one along.
Oh, and about Che the Pig...how close do you think you'll come to finding the culprits who cut the head off of the bust dedicated to him in Venezuela? I'm personally acquainted with two of them.
QuartuvLarry 1 year ago
Ah, verbal insults lacking depth of vocabulary! The refuge of the unintelligent. Nothing you said it historical fact. It is a paragraph of opinion, and an uninformed one at that. Congrats on being personally acquainted with two people who cut the head off of a bust. That is, indeed, impressive. It is so easy to try and demean the life of those who actually do something meaningful with their life. Enjoy your barco lounger and reality tv tonight.
oxBUSHIDOxo 1 year ago
No, I did state facts while condescending to your blind ass. Educated people have been known to do that, too. Che did buy into the diversion at the Bay of Pigs, he did perpetuate the Santa Clara hoax, and he and his cannibal buddies actually were soundly routed by the CIA in the Congo. Chancho Guevarra sucked as much militarily as he did at anything else.
QuartuvLarry 1 year ago
You are 100% correct.

Only right-wing retards bash the heroic Che Guevara. These clowns are pathetic and not even worthy to speak Che's name.
Che was 1,000 times braver and more noble than any conservative on earth. Capitalism is a disease ... Che's ideas are the cure.
4Barbudos 2 years ago
Many people admire Che Guevera because he was selfless, capable of self criticism and fought to rid the world of imperialism (US and Soviet), exploitation of the poor and working people by the capitalist elites. It is true that he did kill people, but that arguably, that was done in self defense -- the US & Cuban big business actively tried to destroy the Revolution almost from day one. If the US didn't meddle in Cuba's internal affairs, perhaps the Cuban revolution would have been more benign.
marcfedak 2 years ago
So in summation, it's the USA's fault he killed people?
ConservativeSimon 2 years ago
To some extent, yes. Almost from the beginning the US tried to sabotage the Cuban Revolution using violent means including assasination attempts. Many of the people Che had executed were likely higher ups in the Batista regime who murdered several thousand of Cubans in the 1950s and would have done so again if they had won. However, Che can still be criticised for the lack of fair trials (not uncommon in civil wars mind you) and for executing moderates.
marcfedak 2 years ago
He didn't give unfair trials. He didn't give any trials. He was called "The Butcher of La Cabana", now if you work in a meat shop it's ok to be called a butcher, but other than that it must mean you're a violent war criminal.

WingChunGeologist 2 years ago
@marcfedak so he killed over 500 people in self defense? Yeah that sounds about right.
danicapk 1 year ago
@marcfedak I agree. The US had unfettered influence from the end of the Spanish American War (1899) to the Cuban Revolution (1959). During that time the US allowed Cuba to rot from within and the only people who faired well, including US -supported Batista, were those with links to the Mafia. The common person was left in squalor. Instead of creating a healthy democratic free market state, US politicians were more focussed on their United Fruit Company stocks.

Che was right
fingerfinder 2 years ago
They have no illiteracy? are you kidding? where do you get your stats? Cuba has one of the hightest rates of illiteracy. It was that way before Castro but he changed nothing. My first girlfriend, a Venezuelan, had an uncle who was a teacher who went to Cuba to help bring literacy there. He had no politics and he was killed by Guevara's thugs. Oh, and don't call him a Batista sympathizer as he had no politics. They also have power outages on a daily basis there, at least places with electiricity.
kencoa 2 years ago
Haha, where do YOU get your stats??? Cuba actually has the highest literacy rate in the world! Higher than USA. And about him being a terrorist, whatever he was, he wasn't a terrorist. He didn't use the kind of methods that define terrorism. Period. By the way, the penalties given to people after the revolution was based on the law that Cuba had at that point. The same as Batistas's regime used. If you wanna talk about war criminals, just look at your own country.
Ram0nZarate 2 years ago
Dont forget Cuba has a better healthcare system then the one that the United States has
jvasquez311 2 years ago
Cuba had one of the highest literacy rates in the world before Fidel took over. It had three universities, and about 25,000 public school teachers. It had thousands of rural schools and a system of motorized libraries to make books available to the rural poor. And all this was in the 1950s.
BTW...In the 1950s, Cuba ranked 8th for industiral pay, and 7th for agricultural pay. Farmworkers in Cuba were better off than farm workers in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and a lot of other nations.
WingChunGeologist 1 year ago
HAS one of the highest literacy rates right now. Just check the stats. Check these things before you write. For example, a 1998 study by UNESCO reported that Cuban students showed a high level of educational achievement. Of course, you're welcome to have your opinion, but don't lie.

Cuba was number 33 among 112 nations in the world as far as the level of daily reading, with 101 newspaper copies published per 1,000 inhabitants, which also contradicts the argument that the country was inhabited by a great number of illiterates.
The public school system employed 25,000 teachers, and the private school system counted with 3,500.
In the middle of the 1950s, there were 1,206 rural school houses in Cuba, as well as a mobile library system (179,738 books).

pre Castro:

WingChunGeologist 1 year ago
Well, the literacy subject came from someone here saying that Cuba has one of the highest illiteracy rates in the world. That kind of crap pisses me off a bit. When people just say stuff without actually checking it. I'm not saying that Castro is all good but I dislike all the lies about him and the revolution. And the word "terrorist" that nowadays seems to translate to: Person with different political belief than mainstream americans.
Ram0nZarate 1 year ago
I would not say that Fidel is a terrorist, but he has clearly supported terrorist groups such as the FARC "rebels" in Columbia, which began as a Marxist militia and have clearly degenerated into narco terrorists.
On the other hand Fidel and Che clearly used terror as a weapon to implement their domestic political goals. Che imself oversaw hundreds of executions without trial. And many of those imprisoned and executed were not Batista thugs, but simply competing anti-Batista rebels.
WingChunGeologist 1 year ago
You criticize one dictatorship but I don't see you acknowledging all the other dictatorships set up by your own country through Latin America to protect U.S. foreign interests and monopolies, those of Castilo Armas, Jorge Videla, Alfredo Stroessner, or Augusto Pinochet for starters, and the oppression and brutality they brought for millions of people. Americans can live free but the countries that are exploited under exported capitalism do not.

Sorry but Che wasn´t a idiot, maybe the most people who does wear a che shirt are idiot, i don´t think Che would be happy to know what they´re doing with his memory if he could.
Idols are stupid, but not the ideas.
Sorry for my bad english.

Ram0nZarate 2 years ago 14
Europeans would all disagree like France, Germany, Holland, Poland. Guevara killed indiscriminately, that makes him a terrorist. er, I mean "made" him a terrorist.

if you were a true punker you wouldn't say dumb shit like this. true punk and im not talking about green day and the off spring, is talking about what america is doing wrong to the world. If you had any brains in your head, or at least a little bit of a true punk heart you wouldn;t say this shit. you would think for your selve in stead of believing all the bullshit you see in the media.

This video was stupid.
gibave04 2 years ago
Che was a commie, he was trained by the soviets, he was in charge of the cuban secret police and he did murder thousands who disagred with communist cuban gov. what did he denounce the soviet for? reluctance to go to war with US??
strangeriver 2 years ago
HA HA HA, You are so right.
