Soros is old and going to die soon, and he signed the Gates' pledge and said he's giving all his wealth to charities (not left-wing charities, charities for education and health care). So basically he doesn't benefit from money and doesn't need wealth. George Soros did not "help the Nazis". As a 13 year-old Jewish boy (in a Jewish family), he was commanded to give out deportation notices to other Jews that told them to report to officials. He handed out the notices but warned the people not to report.

However, while the people in the former Soviet republics might not know what democracy is, we can't take the role of "exporters of democracy" when democracy doesn't exist in the U.S. We, as conscious individuals, should learn to distinguish between democracy and the illusion of democracy. Just like the people of the former USSR lived under a so-called "communist" dictatorship, we have to realize that we live under a capitalist dictatorship.

Btw I'm not saying that what Beck says is gospel. I pray he's wrong (and so does he). But when someone warns us that something bad might happen, we have 2 choices. Stick our heads in the sand and shout him down, or at least be educated on the issues. Right or wrong, we have to think about what's happening around us. Several video clips and excerpts from Soros's books show that he considers playing with the economies and "fixing" other societies to be fun, who openly feels that the U.S. is the main obstacle to a new world order and a global open society (no that's not Socialist). I mean that IS kind of spooky, regardless of his accent. I hope Beck is wrong, but it's something we need to be aware of.

@RothdeMan This is clearly about political parties. Who Beck demonizes are the "liberals" in this country. Those he considers leftists. To those of us who consider ourselves secular humanists Glenn Beck is a beacon of hate against us. He is trying to get anyone of Christian faith to look at us as anti-religion, and un-American. This is obviously a scary thing to do.

Same morals, same virtues only with free expression as intended by Jefferson as he explained the religion of America in clear and simple terms.

Speaking of enlightenment did you know he did not graduate college? You follow a drop out. Also, Muslims can be good people just as Christians can.
