i ll answer some questions. @TheTwistedbrennan the beta test is when you test a program to check if it works fine or it has some problems to fix before you purchase, download or play it. @CrashGames2108 you can get into beta testing if you are a member of a site wich makes a beta test.
Alpha test is before beta test and gamma with delta test are after beta test
@532131 BETA is version released for testing, and finding bugs and glitches. That way when official version comes out it will be less buggy and glitchy.
@jonathonrox1 fail... it would be gamma if there was a third test state but (from what I understand of development) Alpha is creation and ideas, Beta is bugs, and gamma would be official release, but bugs can still exist; that is why there are update for bugs found after release.
