Yes, I remember Ooh I Am A Lady I Am, and for your information I loved and still love the film To Sir, With Love. The reason I am against Lulu, is because of her ways, nothing else. tiaratickles. I have met Lulu on a few occassions. I worked on her show It's Lulu in the 70s and I do agree she was lovely then. I met her again in the 80s and thats when her whole character had changed. She was very rude to myself and wardrobe staff at the TV studios, where I was a dancer,on Chas and Dave's Knees Up for London Weekend Television. Her choice of clothes was not suitable for the cameras and she was asked quite politley to change. (Continued)

Actually. It was a decision made back when Lulu started out that her accent would change, mainly due to the fact that she would appeal to more people then and that they could understand her speech, because even for other people, her heavy Scottish accent is a bit full-on.
She does not forget her roots. Aye, she's broad Glaswegian, but people that could be watching a program with her on it abroad might not be able to understand her.
