I am not that much supporter of socialism, but Kim Il Sung really had an vision of free and equal Korea, he really fought the Japanese and American imperialists. While socialism was still strong, he was really building his nation.
is there at least one area of expertise that Dear Leader isnt familiar with and cant give advice on ? Funny how he lectures seamstress, farmers, teachers, politicians, steel workers, soldiers... haha. Everyone is stupid, only our Dear fat faggot knows it all !
the elite have internet and satellite.....most north korean peasants have no radio and television, and those that do are only allowed to hear north korean stations. but the elite can watch anything they want.
i've seen hundreds of north korean websites coming out of north korea, and yes the elite do have everything. as a matter of fact it is said if north korean dollars were in western money dollars anywhere in europe or europe, kim jong il and each of his top members would be richer than bill gates. that is how rich they are. while the average north korean gets the equivalent of 8 dollars a year.
Well, at least the Kim Ils are doing a good job of running it like a family business. Sung is immortal, but passed the regency over to Jung, no that the is about to snuff it, he passes the regency over to his son Un. It's a frigging communist dynasty.
One day, when the country is truly reunited, after this second feudal era, we can erase this bastard from our memory and the Golden Age will finally come to Korea!
nope, north koreans are actually winning. read nuclear showdown:north korea takes on the world. it shows how the situation kim jong il is in is actually winning because he is blaming the west for the problemns and south koreans are actually agreeing with it, and over 30% of north koreans currently would allow the north korean government to take over if that give reunification which means that overtime it is the north that will triumph.
@Rangerleadtheway44 using nukes is not as easy as that. remember simply because north korea doesn't own nukes it does not mean they don't have long range missiles. americans claim they have enough firepower to destroy the world several times over but you only need to destroy it once. there is not a country i don't know except maybe vatican city that don't have enough long range missiles that they can't obliterate an entire continent. therefore bomb size don't matter, it is if you have enough.
@Rangerleadtheway44 and much american technology is actually not owned by them, they just have access to it by permission of foreign countries. the americans gave us money in the 50's for us to make the NORAD system here in canada to detect missiles and to make metal radars. and a while back we allowed them to borrow our canadarm but it actually belongs to the canadian government.
@ultradumbass you see what happened with 9/11? they did an attack and killed 3000 people...we retaliated with a full out war...when other countries would just send out intelligence services...imagine how we will retaliate if we are hit with a long range missile...just imagine the devastation we will do to them
@Rangerleadtheway44 well the usa didn't really do the middle east thing alone, other coalition troops are there. in fact in capita terms the usa has lost the fewest men fighting. and i can guarantee you north korea has more than 1 long range missile. in fact i watched a movie of them firing long range missiles with kim il sung watching them evaporate entire fields in 1994. 16 years ago, and i am pretty sure they've made more in that time.
@Rangerleadtheway44 i doubt it. and the usa if it used a nuclear bomb for war they'd probably be nuked by everyone else because using nuclear bombs or bacterial warfare has actually been illegal since 1989 when gorbachev and george bush senior signed an agreement saying no more nuclear bombs will be used. in fact it is illegal to even test a bomb which is why none have been used in decades.
@ultradumbass they probably cant even hit us with a long range missile..we got missile defence systems...so if they try to hit us we will hit them with a long range missile and hit the capitol...thats fair
@Rangerleadtheway44 you can't do that either. after the kosovo war another law was made where the military is no longer allowed to deliberately shoot down civilian targets. which means by war rules we are only allowed to bombard military bases. and i doubt people would use long range missiles because then the foreign governments will have a better reason to have their people shoot some back towards them. and long range missiles will soon be a thing of the past. most countries have anti missiles.
@Rangerleadtheway44 the bulk of western countries and even several 3rd world countries currently have anti missile defences that can easily shoot down any missile that gets anywhere near them. actually another law people don't know is after ww1 gas warfare became illegal to use unless the enemy tells the other side how to cure it. which means technically gas warfare is legal but it can't cause permanent physical damage. and another law is shooting parachuters while in the air is illegal.
@ultradumbass What the fuck happened to war??? Whats with these gay ass rules??? War is suposed to be dirty...you try to win and now they put fucking rules in it like its a freakin game!!!! God damn I wish it was like the good ol day of ww2 or the korean war.....
@Rangerleadtheway44 ww2 had rules. in ww2 gas warfare was not even allowed. and the allies and germans were not even allowed to shoot down paratroopers even on d-day and market garden because it was considered shooting down unarmed prisoners. the korean war in the second half said that both sides were not allowed to have more than 20,000 soldiers deployed for battle. this is not a real rule, it was only applied in this war as to not make it escalate to a ww3.
@Rangerleadtheway44 the last time mustard gas was ever put into practice was in ww1. gas warfare has been illegal ever since. and saddam was actually executed not for being a dictator but because he broke international war rules when he began gassing people. the usa was actually violating rules of the 18th century when they began poisoning crops. confiscating vegetables and food is not illegal if you're doing it to soldiers though. but poison is actually illegal both for civilians and soldiers.
the US has lots of propaganda Coca cola, MacDonalds, controlled newspapers, controlled media, controlled TV..controlled banks, controlled money supply, the people have no real say in anything in the so called democracys, i know i live in one, and it is all controlled.
of course it's controlled. what capitalist business isn't? that's the whole idea. control a market. but the problem with your augment is that all that "control" is voluntary. it's a choice consumers make. there is no doubt that american's buy too much useless shit but it's their choice, there is variety of life style. you can follow the "norm", you can be more bohemian or you can be an anarchist and no one can stop you. choice is the difference. in NK you have no choices. none.
North Korea is Confucian with lots of Juche before it is anything else. What passes for "freedom" in the west would be rejected by the people of DPRK as anomic libertinism.
How is "freedom" feeling in the U.S. today? The freedom to be fat, drunk, and stupid isn't so funny anymore. There's something to be said for uplifting propaganda, even when one's life doesn't measure up to the hype. I doubt the DPRK people are ashamed of their nation. The American people are pwned and know it.
"Comrade" Kim Il Sung, the so-called "Great Leader" or "Dear Leader". I fell sorry for North Koreans. Many of them may have no sense of individuality or opinion because of this guy forcing national mass media to run propaganda as a benevolent figure. And even though he's dead, "Daddy's boy", Kim Jong-il is just like him, and inherited his authoritarian control
It's amazing how thin he looked in these portrayals, yet he and his son were fat. That's where all the food in North Korea went to: the mouths of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. And everyone else is thinner than rails, practically starving.

"Within the next generation I believe that the world's leaders will discover that infant conditioning and narco-hypnosis are more efficient, as instruments of government, than clubs and prisons, and that the lust for power can be just as completely satisfied by suggesting people into loving their servitude as by flogging them and kicking them into obedience". Also, if communism is your thing and you wish everyone and everything should be equal...I suggest you move to a country where that is supported. Hence, America is not right for you. Perhaps Venezuela? or even DPRK. China certainly is being fullysupportive of Communism as everyone in the finance industry can see.
I think you need to recheck your sources other than Google? Adding on, I think I'd still prefer capitalism over communism. Look at China...they still maybe governed by a communist party, but their society is slowing moving to capitalism.."Made in China" ring a bell?
The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons. Also, there maybe over 600 prison camps in the US, all fully operational and ready to recieve prisoners but they are all empty. I think this begs to question why?
I'm glad i live in New Zealand, we have mediocore leaders whome dont try to glorify themselfs too much, we're also one of th least corupt countries in th world aparently. The truth would traumatize and fracture the DPRK. America, in the 1950's, was a happy place because we had plenty of warm and fuzzy myths to believe in. As each myth was exposed and reality crept in, America lost faith and gained anxiety and malaise. Not only are the popular myths gone but the terrifying reality of just who and what really rules America is coming into view. Maybe DPRK is better off in their fantasy land.
You do have a point. In my opinion, I think it all falls down to humanitarian issues. Yes, America had great myths and fantasies but there is one thing Americans, including myself continue to enjoy and that is Freedom. One could contend this but when was the last time an American was jailed in a concentration camp for saying Bush is not doing a good job?
Although the DPRK citizens may perhaps live in the dream world for now, but since when is concentration camps, starvation, no freedom whatsoever a fantasy land?
Wow, you've opened a Pandora's Box with respect to concentration camps in America! Google "Rex 84" and "Civilian Inmate Labor Program". We have over 800 FEMA camps for U.S. CITIZENS! Not illegal immigrants! The camps are for US when mass foreclosures force millions of Americans out of their homes and staged terror attacks are orchestrated by operatives loyal to Bush's handlers. THEN we'll learn to LOVE Dear Leader Bush!
There is a big difference in incarceration for intention to break the law and incarceration for disagreeing with the political system. I don't think many of them are actually behind bars because they don't like Bush. Then all talk show hosts would also be in prison? Your comparing the wrong apples.
