The quality is quite good!
I think to record the sound, you need a audio cable. Plug it to the TV and the computer. Download a software to record through the cable.

Well, I dunno. When I open the software to capture (Am capture), there's an option to capture or not the sound. When I recorded with this option on, my computer crashed and I must restarted it. That's really a problem :-(
