It doesn't have to be "br00tal" to be Metal, dude. You're right, Power Metal isn't as "hardcore" as your typical Deathcore. However, it's typically much more inspired, and much more honestly put together. There's a reason Power Metal is considered one of the essential genres (along with Thrash, Death, Doom, and Grind), while the breakdown infested pop-genres are not. Show a little respect, bro; Metal wouldn't be where it is without Power Metal--even if it isn't your favorite.
