Well let's look at the comparisons. Universal Orlando - 1. Hulk 2. Dueling Dragons 3. Revenge of the Mummy 4. Woody Woodpecker 5. Flying Unicorn 6. Pteranodon Flyers Disney World Orlando - 1. Rock 'n' Roller Coaster 2. Space Mountain 3. Big Thunder Mountain 4. Expedition Everest 5. Barnstormer 6. Primeval Whirl Personally, I'd give the edge to Disney. But they are about even in terms of playing fields (at least in Orlando).
But Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Barnstormer, and Primeval Whirl aren't that fun honestly! For the thrill factor I'd give the edge to Universal. Who has a 7 looping launch coaster? Who has the only dueling inverted B&M in the world? Universal, thus proving my argument.
I think Universal and Disney parks are top of the theme park charts together as they are the best theme parks in the world and are equally entertaining :)
Haha I guess that's true. I guess they equally bring a lot of guests in each year and have rides to cater to each age group. I mean, Disney caters a little bit more to younger kids and Universal caters a little bit more to young adults, but they are equally entertaining I guess :)
@klpeekl2000 I completely agree. I find California Adventure way overpriced. Its' a fun park, but its not worth the money you pay, and its the same admission price as Disneyland, which is so much better, and u get so much more. I found myself bored by lunchtime at California Adventure, where at Disneyland I am able to be excited from the morning until midnight.
The music used here is "flying" by composer James Newton Howard from the non-Disney, live-action Peter Pan movie from a few years ago (I purchased it on iTunes).
The music is the theme for the Year of A Million dreams... And I saw Sleeping Beauty Castle...... Disneyworld's castle is the logo for all YOMD cuz disney is stupid but I saw disneyland's castle.
The music is actually from the popular movie remake of Peter Pan in 2003. The song is called "Flying" and Disneyland is now using it for the Year of a Million Dreams theme. They have the rights to use the song, so now it's mostly noticed as a Disney song rather than a Peter Pan song.
I love California adventure because it all different kinds of rides. But I wish they could add more rides.

Why don't people just buy a year pass?

Aww... Wish I could've listened to Around the World on Rockin' Screamin. Maybe they should do that as apart of a special event?

Have u been to Universal Studios Hollywood? It's the shittest park on earth. They have 3 rides.
klpeekl2000 4 years ago 2
Well that is true but I'm talking about Universal Orlando.
saltlakecity2002 4 years ago
I still beg to differ. Have you ever heard of Tokyo Disney Sea? I'd love to see Universal Build a park of that standard.
klpeekl2000 4 years ago
Yeah I have and yes I do have to admit it is better theming wise but Islands of Adventure just has more world class roller coasters than Disney.

No. It's really not. I've been to both. Disneyland wins by a LONG shot.

1) The music is from a composer that works for the Walt Disney Company
2) The castle is a Mix of the Cinderella's Castle (Walt Disney World) and the Sleeping Beauty Castle (Disneyland)

Nice commerial. I also think it's ironic that the music is not Disney music.
