I miss the no stretch jeans from the 80's. I can not get use to stretch jeans. I really need to thrift for "real" denim. =~D I always look for 100% or at least 92% cotton denim. I'm an hourglass (40 x 32-33 x 43 hip) and the whole low rise hip huggers do not work for me. High waists and no stretch hold me in. =~D

@chibuogu1 thank you sooooooo much. i just got a pair on ebay and i got a 20 even though im not that size, last time i tried on a pair of 501s in a 32 and they didnt close. and i have a pair of 550s and there a 16.i usually wear 14... what do you think?

@co0kiem0nster05 HONESTLY WHEN IT COMES TO FIT OF JEANS ITS ALL ABOUT YOUR BODY TYPE I HAVE A SMALLER WAIST WIDER HIPS AND A BUT SO I ALWAYS HAVE TO SIZE UP AND I WOULD PERSONALLY NOT BUY JEANS THAT DONT STRETCH ONLINE .IE VINTAGE LEVI'S CAUSE OF MY BODY TYPE BUT IF YOU WEAR A 14 NOW I WOULD GO UP 2 SIZES TO AN 18 BUT THATS WITH MY BODY TYPE CAUSE VINTAGE JEANS WHER'NT REALLY MADE FOR CURVY BUTS AND IF THEY ARE TOO BAGGY YOU CAN ALWAYS GO FOR A DISTRESSED BOYFRIEND FIT

Gurl, I loved the looks on you. However, I think with us plus size women :) I thought it looked so much pulled together when you had either blazers on or shirts with sleeves ...the sleeveless top/tunic made the arm area a tad bit more emphasized ... blazers might not work so much for summer when its super hot but maybe sheer/silk shirts with like some cut outs in the sleeves ... i think those wld look so much better on us plus size. All the same u rocked those jeans! :)

ohh yah i was gonna ask its been hard to find really good levis. the ones i bought are too big so when i cut them they look like a diaper because its big in the upper thigh area. so what type of levis should i look for that will actually fit nice.

@LisaLaroux gurl u just have 2 keep looking i looked i even bought some land ends jeans but d fit wasnt right dey fit similar 2 these lee's but here i just went & tried on a bunch of them and chose d ones that fit d best dont b so stuck on dem being levi's just try a bunch on if dey fit great ( not 2 loose or 2 tight) who is really going 2 care if dey r levi's dont get me wrong getting a pair of levi's would be great but fit is more important ( u must also take into concideration ur shape )
