Yes, Japan does have the best toys. One store you might like in malls is called "Too Cool" (there's a couple in my area of Chicago). They have plenty of imported stuff ranging from Final Fantasy toys, to Mario and Zelda stuff, to even video game soundtracks and anime DVDs. I think the latter might mostly be bootlegged. So beware of the quality if that's what you're out for.

to go there to sped i had the greatest time of my life i bought lots of cool stuff tht fell in to these catagories zelda,resi,mario,pokemon,halo,­random nintendo merchendise,sonic,plushes from all over the gaming world,mario stage figures,four mario and luigi hats for my family and so much more i cant remember lol

Compared to the expos we have here in the UK that looked amazing, ours are boring filled with fake stuff and TOTALLY over priced.

I saw an Megaman Battle Network bootleg that was really awesome, through. It came in a set of three, and there were six in total.

I know what ya mean, some of em even look better than the real ones :S

I remember when I used to live in Malta during the carnival there used to be loads of bootleg bomberman figures, I bought two, one of a green armoured bomber man and one red. They were really cool and looked just like bomber men with armour :P

Their stomachs were made of small marbles that could be shot out by shoving the back in :)

Yeah...

The Megaman Battle Network figures were awesome. It was Rockman, Blues and an brown Rockman. They all came with swords, blasters and the Brown Rockman came with an fist.

The only problem with those guys was the articulation. Sometimes it was too hard to move something, or too loose...

Man, they were awesome.
