Nice to hear such a great sounding old Duolian. Some folks say the early Duolians with the flat f holes don't sound as nice as the later Duolians with the rolled f holes, but I say "hogwash." It's all in the set up. If the string angle over the bridge is insufficient, the cone won't resonate properly. If the angle is too great, the cone will be over dampened by the string pressure. Sounds like you guitar is set up very nicely. Cheers.
