i would'nt root for these bastards at all . I saw a video where I a boy had something shoved in him one end and came out his shoulder and and people forced to kiss dead dogs all courtesy of your lybian rebels.
@omegavon the men forced to kiss and eat dead dogs is libyan government kataib forces training before the uprising. the boy you talk about is a famous incident in algeria years ago. Saddest proG propaganda though was them using pics of gaza victims as nato bombing, they got 1 of the many non libyan non arab gaddafi fans to comment in outrage that such videos are counterproductive LOL. anyway facts dont matter to your type, you just wish your idol could hang us all as in 70s student uprising
@belybor i watched that video and im sorry but it makes absolutely no sense lol crowds wouldnt realize why someone next to them fell to sniper fire? here's a "subtle" hint the crowd would have: a loud gunshot, a person falls with their brains and blood everywhere. i dont think they'll think the person tripped and fell ;) and snipers have been doing a great job so far in tripoli keeping the ppl there at bay
@ibnomar2005 You don't need to interpret whats was shown to you in that video in such a direct way. Situation here may be a little different and may be work of a sniper was done not that clean. But honestly i don't see how Gaddafi's men can benefit from shooting live rounds at protesters. Thats just stupid. It will only generate much more hate. So whats the point.
@belybor because it generally works. these arent the first protests in libya, and the other protests were put down with live fire. the reason it failed in the east of libya because gaddafi underestimated the uprising and didnt have enough loyal troops in the area to handle it. he currently holds tripoli because he has enough loyal troops who fire on any small group of people protesting.
@ibnomar2005 I dont understand how it can work in such a heavy armed country and for such a long time (Gaddafi himself armed many civilians in the last month afaik). Why libyan people dont just killed him for his cruelty then? And how Libya became so rich and beautiful with so much hated ruler?
@ibnomar2005 Tell me - if Gaddafi is so unpopular - who are all that people who are chanting words of support for him on many videos uploaded on YT? Were all of them paid for their loyalty through all of this 42 years? I dont see how is this possible.
@belybor how about i turn the question around, if gaddafi is so popular, then why did the entire east, the second and third largest cities in the west (zawiya and misrata), and the nafusa mountain range (consisting of many cities) all completely declare illegitimacy of gaddafi's rule? and yes gaddafi's supporters are two types, the ones who are paid and the outright brainwashed who literally worship him. just 5% popularity in libya gives u 300,000 people to do ur bidding
@ibnomar2005 Sorry but your words just doesn't make sense. Libyan army that is 23.000 armed people. According to your statement only 5% of the libyan people support Gaddafi. And Libya population is nearly 7 million people. So according to you it is 373000 of Gaddafi men against 6627000 of "freedom lovers" in Libya. And all of them can arm themselfs plenty. Tell me - how such a situation could have existed in Libya for 42 years. I don't see how is this possible.
@belybor i dont know what the number is exactly. assume its 5% right? the reason gaddafi is able to hold off attacks in the east and still be around misrata is because of the artillery he has. its tanks and missile launchers vs. AK47s. and in tripoli, the only people with weapons are gaddafi's soldiers, guns are illegal.
how could such a situation exist for 42 years? its the definition of a dictatorship, a few controlling many through fear.
@ibnomar2005 Sorry but in this statement you are either misinformed or you are lying. I've seen many videos uploaded to the YT by the "rebels" themselfs where many of heavy weaponry is clearly seen in the hands of the "rebels" (Multiple rocket launchers, T-72 tanks, heavy machineguns, anti-aircraft complexes, RPGs, etc, etc.). So your story about "AK47's only" cant be true.
@ibnomar2005 I still cant understand WHY Gaddafi HIMSELF armed so many peoples in Tripoli last month? Is he digging his own grave or what? If weapons prohibited in Tripoli who are all this people who are shooting in the air at the pro Gaddafi demonstrations? They do not resemble soldiers in any way. Plus i've seen videos where even many women at the weapon training are shown. They can't be soldiers for sure. So I think about 5% of Gaddafi supporters you are very wrong after all.
@belybor weapons were illegal in gaddafi's libya. in order to get guns in tripoli, you had to have a "leejan" (revolutionary) card, i.e. proof that you support gaddafi. not everyone got guns. and yes it turned out to be a huge mistake on his part, because some who had cards actually hated gaddafi, and were able to distribute the guns to the non gaddafi supporters, and now u see fighting in areas like tajoura and soog aljomma. and yes the women who r gaddafi supporters were shown training
@ibnomar2005 Actually I have a lot of good videos from the protests in Libya myself watch?v=itGKm9ooJB8 for example. Very good music and lots of happy people. I don't see how is this protesters are any bad.
@ibnomar2005 Watched your video of protests one more time and didn't seen anyone shot with live ammunition on it. Where is the evidence of Gaddafi's mass killings?
@belybor this video that you're commenting on is one example. there are a ton on youtube. search "libya killed protest" or anything and a ton will come up.
@belybor watch?v=z41kQvx4uKw these are *peaceful* protests all across libya, even showing tripoli (tajoura is a suburb of tripoli). these people were shot at. if gaddafi has overwhelming support, there would be no problem with people peacefully protesting. why were they shot at and killed?
@ibnomar2005 Well i watched video you suggested. The largest crowds of anti Gaddafi protesters that were shown are clearly at Benghazi and Misrata. But even there they hardly make more than 20.000 people. Actually i googled "thousands demonstration image" and it appears to be that 20k is a much bigger crowd then what we can see at Misrata and Benghazi protests. All other episodes clearly hardly shows more then 1000 protesters gathered.
@ibnomar2005 So 20k+20k+(1k x 19) = 59k. Lets estimate that only 1 of 10 of "freedom lovers" really protested and it makes to 590k of them in Libya. So its only ~8-9% of Libya population.
Not too convincing isn't it? It appears that absolute majority of Libyans supports (at least by not doing anything) Gaddafi and not a revolution. If Gaddafi according to you have so little support why "rebels" are refused ceasefire and referendum elections several times already?
The USA has never supported Gaddafi. He came to power due to a coup in September 1969, was in an alliance with Sowjetunion and connected with Nasser. Gaddafi supported terror against the US (Lockerbie bombing, Berlin discotheque..) called for a NATO of the South, allied with enemies of the US (Chavez..), most of his weapons are from Russia...
Why should the US interfere? It would be against international law and the US has no interests plus the people demand US-isolationism
@ChineseAtheist except his most recent weapons have been bought by the USA and France. not that much of course. and for the fact the newly formed government, the only legitimate representation of the libyan people asked for a NFZ. of course the USA doesnt HAVE to do anything, but the interest include: alienating a newly formed government and if gaddafi wins, he will go back to being a state sponsor of terror
Russia dominates the market: tanks, aircraft, guns T-72s, AT-5, SU-22, MiG-23...
The US has provided a bunch of C-130H civil transporters, but this is irrelavant, the US is responsible for the weapon import ban, which was only lifted in 2004. France has sold some irrelevant MILAN anti-tank rockets, I would be interested if you could name any notable western exports. Gaddafi does not finance terror anymore, TNC is not the official representation
i really dont understand how people can live with themselves for doing shit like this for money, i know it sounds a bit cliche, but who the fuck would kill an unarmed child in the name of anything? im not religious but i sincerely hope you the best of luck, i hope one day all this shit can stop, seeing this over youtube in the US makes me feel sick, i couldnt imagine living a life like this, you are extremely brave, stay safe
Why What is the meaning of this . why is gaddafi still alive use your heads people get off the streets and find him assassinate him if this is what it has come to .that man should not have power.why shear this with people why not just get rid of him .you palute inocent minds with this shit.
If you watch this and do nothing, you are part of the problem. Instead, you need to look at who you know, what you know, where you are, and take good action. You are unique and must leverage that to make the world a better place. Watch the video again, then do something!!
The news are that the majority of dead and wounded have head and neck shots, so...they are using snipers against protesters, like Chavez in Venezuela in April 11 of 2002. Fuck the dictators of the world. What happen to the people in Venezuela ?They don't have enough yet ? Students in hunger strike everywhere and the citizens don't care, like it's far away !!!!. How much deeper do we let this country sink ? Cowards!!!!!!!
why this video it's not uncensored? because american politicians want Gadafi out. Still, I hate dictatorship... and I hate even more people getting shot.
