It IS a mod. its Kisiame's mod. when you mod something it changes it so that, to you, any one using that item or whatever, looks like they're using what you changed it to. for instance if you changed claymores to dragon blades, then to you, EVERY claymore some one was using would look like a dragon blade, but only to you; while the people using them would just see normal claymores (unless they used the same mod) :P

on other words, only Kisiame see's staffs, no one else does.

That wand is of Tsukasa from the JP Anime,.Hack//Sign.Only thing from anime that was implemented was the Misaki School Uniform and Nietono no Shana for JP server and probably NA server later on.THIS is obviously a MOD.I mean....just look at it's graphics,it has no Post Shading or any shading at all...It is just a 3D Model made for the game by a player.That is all.

from what i know, when 3 "noob elemental masters" (title recieved when you learn all 3 bolt magic) cast different bolts at the near same time near each other, they use a spell that is a fusion of all 3 instead of whatever they were casting. You'll notice in the video at times like 1:06, the guy shoots some beam that is lightning, ice, and fire instead of a normal shot.
