  • I only bought Sony brand memory cards. I never really trusted 3rd party memory cards. I had a few for the N64 and they always erased data

  • WHERE CAN I GET A DIFFERENT GAME CUBE MEMORY CARD!!!!??!?!?!?!?! PLEASE RESPOND BY FRIDAY!

  • 1:30 "Look little grippy things, they allow u 2 grip it & pull the entire PlayStation Out with it!" LOLZ

  • can you do a dex drive revied if you havent already? they got them for both the ps1 and the n64!

  • I have a ps1 memory card with 8 times the memory card, and two buttons to switch between memory cards. It's see-through too. I was going to say what it's called and who made it, but I hhave no clue because it doesn't have any labels besides the notes you can write on it.

  • my friend gave me one with 4x haha. but its not madcatz.

  • Why not just make a memory card with high capacity?

    DERP

  • my friend gave me a ps1 card but when i put it in my ps2 it said it was corrupted and idk wat to do can i get some help?

  • I haven't played a PS1 in years. Probably should again!

  • I would like some pancaces that actually HEALS me like in the cool RPGs..Please..?

  • I just got an action replay emory card, 16x, effin awesome and only like 1/5 full after about 20 games completed. Also I have a 16x madcatz gamecube card, same awesomeness. Only one problem, madcatz.

  • you never made it past the first 4 minutes of fear effect?

  • CGR motivated me to start buying more games, I now own 6 game consoles, and over 50 games... and I dont regret anything :)

  • if u want peace be prepared for war

  • you dont have a playstation

  • I have one of those, well actually it's not Mad Catz. The card I have is from...Performance? Made in China...but it's like those Gameboy Color games with the see-through case (sort of, there's a heavy black tint on this one so it's kind of hard to see the insides) and says "Memory Card 2X" on the front. Anyways, instead of a switch there's a button you press and a little LED light that changes color depending on which "side" you're on. Also has the little grip things that your MC one has.

  • Madcatz is awesome & I will continue to support them by buying their memory cards in the name of Lord Karnage!

  • i have a madcatz 8 mb ps2 memory card i had it since PS2 came out and i dropped it alot and it didnt break

  • because madcatz suck alot

  • I dont think you 'invent' world peace. Surely you 'achieve' world peace. That is all.

  • lol i didnt know that was a madcatz and i still have that too

  • I would need that for Fire Pro G

That game takes up 8kb !

  • Comment removed

  • No, It's a PS1 Memory Card.. Perhaps you should listen to the video.

  • but they have the same god damn port what the ps2 won't read it

  • Maan i need that Wu Tang game!!

  • I found a 32X madcats memory card in block buster... :D It would be useful if I actually played psx games...

I have a big red shiny button, and a screen on my memory card to indicate which card it is (1-32)

  • I had a 10x one

  • Those never friggin worked for me, I had almost 4 of them. None of them worked

  • pancakes that do really regenerate themselves lol!

  • I loved Sony's adaptation of the same idea, and still have one.

Make one for the PS2, SONY!

  • lol "10 kb free" jej

  • he can take a MEMORY CARD AND MAKE A AWESOME REVEIW... HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE

  • lol "card 1...card 2...card 1...card 2..." XD

  • I got ElementalGearbolt for PS1 in 1998 the same month it was released

  • I had like..almost the exact same thing.

I think it was like an official version of that. It switched using a button though, so you didnt know what side was activated untill u checked. It was fun to take out and click though. idk why,..

  • I have a Dreamcast VMU that's 4-in-1. No screen, though.

  • madcatz sucks! i have two gamecube remotes from madcatz the first one broke within a week and the other barely works.

their memory cards dont even hold any data.

  • I know!

  • Mad Catz used to mean a 3rd party option that was near 1st person quality. They do suck now but during the days of the PS1 and N64, damn they were awesome.

  • I like Mad Catz... I had alot of their stuff xD

  • @firestarsquest yeah, and also my madcatz memory card for the gamecube broke within days.

  • @firestarsquest

You know what else sucks? You.

  • @firestarsquest

The reason your controller broke is because you obviously don't know how to take good care of your controllers. There is no way that a controller can "break easily" unless you're enough of a retard to throw it around & damage it.

  • @firestarsquest seriously i bought like 3 or 4 mad catz controllers for the 64 and they all messed up, i shouldve just bought a Nintendo official instead....

  • @firestarsquest Yeah, I one time got 2 ps2 controllers, The analog sticks sucked, no matter which way I pressed the things.

  • @firestarsquest dude you must throw your stuff i have tons of madcatz accesories they all work

  • @jasada09 all my madcats stuff doesnt work that great either

  • @jasada09 all my madcats stuff doesnt work that great either no throwing it either

  • I have that exact same memory card! xD

  • EINHANDER!!!

  • mmmmmm... Pancakes. I'm going to IHOP....

  • Dude I did that eailer but I fell ripped off even though the pancakes we're free I got 2 eggs 2 pieces of bacon and some toast and It was like 7$,for eggs, bacon & toast wtf

  • Madcatz was always a good cheap product except for some of their controllers, bought a game and a controller with it a while back brand new for just $1 :)

Shame that most of my old ps1 games are broke, had a gameshark to... know that if a triangle chunk is broken out it still works (or maybe I was lucky :P)

  • card 1 card 2 card 1 card 2 hehehe, i could do this for hours and still not be entertained ^_^

  • I had one of these, but it had a button and an led light to show which card was "on"

  • my friend had something similar for his N64.

it had about 8 "pages" and 8 little lights.

everytime you pressed the butten, the page and the light would switch.

back in the days, this was pretty neat!

  • COOL

  • a little off sync plz fix that

  • Oi, don't mock the classics! :D

  • haha nice

  • mad kats sometimes sell cheap crap like my xbox controleller

  • I think Brooklyn or BigBen makes also much crap for the xbox......like....a battery pack which doesnt even fit correctly on your controller or controller with sticks which are too sensitive to aim....you have to adjust the settings in nearly every game. i dont like them.....

  • I don't get why they put a switch on it? Why wouldn't they just double the amount of memory on the one card instead of having it seem like two separate cards? Was there a limit on the PS1 that it could only read up to a certain amount of memory on a card?

  • yes

  • yah

  • your the best gamer!!! and about the pancake thing wouldnt regenarett in your lungs and exploded kill you.

  • Hehe you have Elemental Gearbolt. Man that game was under rated.

  • lol what is that wu-tang thing?

  • I gave away about 10 or so unoffical ps1 memory cards to my friend years back because i only trust offical sony memory cards. The hundreds of hours in gameplay i have lost because of brands like madcats, nah don't trust em. Great review as always mark. :)

  • awesome !!! i wish i knew about these infact im sure alott of people did my friend haD A CASE WITH LIKE 7 Ps1 memory cards lol full of data same with ps2

  • i like the sony one

  • Everytime he mentions food I get hungry, now I want pancakes! Good review as usual. Card one......card two

  • pancakes r soooo awesome, when ever I say the pledge of aligence or whatever I add pancakes in.

  • dig the 70s car chase/love scene montage music! i feel like i'm watching a movie from one of my 50 drive-in movies for 10-dollar dvd collections.

  • this guy can review any thing and make it at least 3 minutes long

  • heh. yeah

  • This one time I bought a huge memory card from mad catz for my gamecube and I moved all my data too that, and it lost all of the data. Needless to say I was pissed

  • I have one like that but for my Dreamcast, It even had fancy LED lights telling you which memory card it was using.

  • i had one of those

  • Next video:MadCatz memory card for ps2 LOL

  • Most things from Madcatz I have break on me. Even when I'm not rough with it, I try to be as easy on my game related stuff so it doesn't break and if it's by madcatz it breaks anyways.

  • I see your having fun switching back and forth between card 1 and card 2

    lol

  • Not much or a review, He should talk about Mad Catz's poor products and losing data.

  • lol i love watching videos in HD that have no point of being in HD xD (i am sad arent i? xD)

  • nice video

  • lol i love the music!!!

  • i hate madcats stuff they always break

  • card 1 card 2 card 1 card 2 card 1 card 2 card 1 card 2 card 1 card 2 card 1 card 2

  • I'd suggest doing the Dreamcast VMU next.

  • I saw Eihenahander data. You should do a review on that game. :)

  • I WANT THOSE PANCAKES XD

  • "Card one." *Click* "Card two."

    Epic!

  • i wish i had that for my psx!

  • What's the next memory card review? I suggest the Nyko memory card. Some of them are transparent and different colors. Heh heh.

  • ps2 so owned da last gen of video game systems

  • Dude, you can't argue. The xbox was a superior system to the PS2 in terms of specs. But the PS2 got better games.

  • well yea i agree............like i remember da original xbox could burn cd disc's onto da hard drive and also da xbox had built in memory.....so far enough .....hmmm....i wonder which system iz gonna own dis video game generation....360,ps3 or wii?hmmmm... i hate fanboys.......

  • wannabe gangsta, much?

  • same here. fan boys should die

  • thats awesum man!!!

  • this guy in a memory card lovin mood lol nevertheless great review

  • I had a memory card with 8 cards inside, it used a numeric LED display to show which card you were using, the problem was that it was to sensitive and you had to reset the console before turning of the console or something. I broke mine because I didn't xD it saved the data but I think it fried inside from the current probably.

  • Nice!

  • if you bought two, youd have 4 times the memory, im so good at math

  • What's the flute song from?

  • Yea i agree some1 must be slacking, if we have the technology to make that kind of memory card i want my pancake that regenerate themself....

  • I wasn't aware you did an Einhander review Mark, gotta go watch that now ;)

  • Rad!

  • Rad!

  • wow, a mad catz product that works.

  • Rad!

  • I remember I had a 16MB Memory Card for PSX. 1 original PSX Memory Card is 1MB (15 blocks) and I had 16 such memory cards in one which gave me over 200 blocks! I never filled all the space. Also it was hard to find saved game because you had to switch between them and to switch to another one you had to hold 2 buttons for a few seconds (if I remember right). Those "high capacity" memory cards were easier to break and I lost all the saved games couple of times.

    I wish I remembered its name ¬¬

  • World peace.....switch between WorldWar1 and WorldWar 2 ;)

  • i like his corny seance of humor!

  • Hey Mark, that is the exact memory card that I was talking about on the forum. I got it several years ago from a friend. I use it for all of my RPG saves.

  • ive had pancakes that are regenerative.

    they suck, but!

    they regenerate!

  • card 1 card 2 card 1 card 2 card 1 card 2

  • Also a very impressive thing to come out back then. But that wasnt the only one. The one i had back then was a Performance memory card 2x almost the same as this one here but a diffrent designe.

It had a button and next to it was a light to let you know wich side your where useing. And it also holded 30 blocks of memory wich was cool.

  • I had the same thing.

  • i had the ps1 memory card that was see though, that was like 15 mb or something. It had a digitial display and small buttons :o

  • 15MB? seriously? the PS2 mem card had 8MB.

  • I am a huge fan of Mad Catz and their hardware. I prefer their hardware to Sony's hardware. I have the Mad Catz DualForce 1, 2, Retrocon and Microcon.

  • Why is Youtube's HD so laggy?!

  • Yeah seriously. It's pissing me off.

  • i think its got something to do with the computer we use. porbably need a very powerful computer to so HD :P

  • Try not to pause the HD video and play it from the very beggining. Helps for me(not 100% tho).

  • Dudes its not from Youtube its your PC's mine works great whithout a problem HD, high wuality etc.

  • Same for me, if only for a little frame-rate drop. Even though I have these specs:

    AMD64 6000+ (dual core, 3Ghz)

    RAM 2GB DDR2 800Mhz

    XFX GeForce 8800GS 384MB DDR3

    (Alpha Dog edition)

  • instead of pressing the HD button in the middle of the video, you can press Pause, scroll back the dot thingy, and then click HD, or just add "&feature=hd" or "&fmt=22" =)

  • they turn down the frames per second

  • nice a cool memory card

    and sixt

  • i got that memorycard! mine is transparent yellow

  • A smaller version of the mega memory card. The Mega Memory card I'm referring to has 5 pages of memory on it. I always wanted one back then but they were hard to find and quite expensive.

  • that's a cool idea

  • Having 2 in 1 would actually be extremely handy :)

  • I´ve never seen those things

  • good review as always mark
