yep thats ich on his side fins. plus its breathing rapid. not a good sign. my powder blue has a few spots. but they have 2 cleaner shrimps and a cleaner wrasse to keep em under control.
yeah whats with that, do fish get air bubbles on them? because the main display tank at my LFS one of his blue tangs had what looked like whitespot, but not really developed. His tank is A+ grade tho, fish all very healthy, so it seemed a bit out of the ordinary.

when their new or stressed they shed excess slime, bubbles tend to stick.
