@BearBear851 Well, you have to buy it. On retail, it costs about $600 (no joke). Luckily, mine was installed by a friend, free of charge. There are "Photoshop Elements" which is only a few of the features of the real photoshop, and that ranges to about $80 or so. There are o real free ones available online, and I'd be careful in going to sites that say that it's free. it's most likely a spammer or virus.
