goa is very energetic trance (for example try Mahadeva by Astral Projection, Land of freedom by Transwave or Man with no name - Teleport. thats all goa trace) psy trance is more agresive, with some of the wicked, acid beats, just like here, and for example cosmosis - howling at the moon etc. greetings :))

This is goatrance dude. Psy trance can be recognized by the typical bassline, for example electric universe - peak, or atma - spiritualism and love.

a very nice track with neverending building up till the end, and an ear-tearing acid sound..one of my favourites :) how come a young guy like you listen to these 'oldies' (but goodies, no doubt)? I was thinking everybody switched to psychedelik trance, forgetting old goa trance..I am reassured!
