I found the biography of M.Pujol in a second hand store in 1979, the first time I got wind of this unique artiste.Reading it was like a breath of fresh air.He was the act that kept the sails of the Moulin Rouge spinning in those far off days, and no performer today could hold a candle to his impressive arts.A phenomenal farceur of flatulence, he must never be forgotten.

Joseph Pujol is my Great-Great Grandfather and I must say this video is very well done. My grandfather Charles Pujol came to America in 1955 with my mother and family. Sad to say Le Petomane's grandson Charles died last year of cancer at age 90. He told me many great LePetomane stories before he passed.I truly wish I could have met him. Thank you for a wonderful video!
