The glitter idea is a good one for a cool look, but a fair warning that I learned from my sister (who is attending a cosmetology school) is that it's a bad idea to put powder glitter onto mascara or liquid eyeliner because it can fall loose and scratch the cornea of your eye giving you sight problems. Buy makeup with glitter already added so you won't risk that.
