It's not a real episode.They just tok the audio out of the Simpsons when homer was doing it,or they took the audio from futurama when Zoidberg was doing it,then put it in the KOTH video using windows movie maker.I saw this episode,Dale was actually screaming because he sprayed poison on himself thinking he would get rid of his lice,which they all got from Bill.
