Old photo restoration using Adobe Photoshop

I have request MM! See I’ve had this photo of my grandmother for about 9 years and your tutorial is great only I make it look very photo shopped as you make it look like it was made during the time... Would mean so much to me if you could help me with it thanks.

@PlasteredFingers what would be easiest if you uploaded it to a site such as tinypic.com and gave me the link to it, where I could come and collect it from the site.
