  • It scared me in the beginning cause I had my volume loud my ears hurt now 😁

  • It scared me so much when it started cuz I had my volume all the way up and had it on fullscreen. I almost screamed, it was so loud! But great vid anyway!

  • At first I was worried that this would try to excuse Mother Gothel of the horrible things she's done. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that not only did you not skimp on the gory details of their worst moments, but you also showed the dark co-dependency that she forced upon Rapunzel.

    Excellent vid, uncompromising and perceptive.

  • Thank you for sharing, my friend.

    Blessings,

    CG

  • 'It NEVER happened'.. perfect depiction of denial in their darkest colors... and the LOVE stage Mother Gothel and Rapunzel are stuck in never to blossom until they learn this 2:14 is NOT love. (subtle S&M?).. Rapunzel felt it from the git but she was helpless to do anything until her prince came and almost died on her. Rapunzel won because her love and very early memories hidden in her subconscious were the stronger kind of love. It took a child's tough love 2 xpose this 2 all

    (bitchen song btw)

  • Rest In Peace HeadPhone Users T.T

  • i compleatly agree. also, at the end when gothel stabbed Eugene, it shocked me more because, hey, wait, rapunzel's been your daughter for 18 years, and now you stab her boyfriend? and she seemed too eager to use that knife, mabey she has a bad past with men?

  • I changed my mind. this is perfect. Five star!

  • The music is fitted really well. I think you did a great job, but i don't really think the song is that good.

  • 0:9 look at the tip of the knife u could se a lil blood on it

  • No matter how many people deny it, I still believe she loved Repunzal. But when Repunzal ran away she knew she would die without Repunzal's ability to restore her youth. To know you're going to die is a scary thing and can drive people to horrible crimes. Not only would she have died, but she would also lose Repunzal, whom she had raised from infancy. What would you have done?

  • Dziwne w 0:09 nie widać krwi . ; o

  • OMG OMG OMG THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!

  • will you guys give me the link for it's full movie... can't find it

  • I was so sad when Gothel died. She's so hot...WHY?!

  • i bought this song after seeing this and now it's my favorite song!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks!

i like it cuz it reminds me of my ex.

  • I came here cause it looked like she was giving a hand job.

  • i always found their relationship fascinating and always wondered if Gothel did actually love Rapunzel. I personally think she did, how can you care for something for that long and not care for it at least a little. Even when Gothel fell out the window Rapunzel reached for her because that is the only person she has ever known. It made me a little sad when she died. I really enjoyed the video highlighting the strained mother daughter relationship :)

  • I always wonder if mother gothel didnt love Rapunzel at least a little bit, I mean she did watch her grow up, and Rapunzel was so completely devoted to her! But she is the witch, so maybe not...

  • i was happy gopel died...she was bitch...xD

  • now i get where you got bittersweet memories from she got it from the song

  • Cool. But I'm just gonna get this straight; why on earth is there no blood on the dagger after she just STABBED someone with it. Like come on!! There would at least be a bit :) haha epic fail

  • Come on, Rapunzel is very deep I guess, but how can you say this is the one with the darkest atmosphere if you have seen The Hunchback of Notre Dame? u.u

  • This was beautiful ,I was pretty upset when mother gothel died though .

  • Doesn't it bother anyone else that when Mother Gothel stabs Flynn with the dagger it comes out completely clean without any traces of blood on it? I mean I know it's supposed to be Disney but seriously they could have been more detailed :\

  • @BookwormishBecca yah i noticed that, when i went to see the movie almost a year ago i asked my sister if she thought that was strange and she said "Its a disney movie Robyn, they won't put blood on a knief in it." mean while im thinking, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! they KILLED him and they can't put a LITTLE blood on a dagger?!" i almost screamed in the theater when she offered that.

  • I really do think what you're all saying is true because in the end of the movie when Gothel falls repunsel reaches for her like even though all that gothel did she still loved her and wanted to save her great vid very deep

  • I loved this. Amazing how you nailed down the complex nature of their nature... It's one of the darkest in all Disney-movies. I personally get shivers every time Rapunzel says "I love you more"- because she REALLY MEANS it! Poor girl... Thank you for this piece of art!

  • @Maochita11 Why, thank YOU for this detailed and meaningful compliment!

  • @Maochita11 i know right!!!!

this movie is so dark but funny.

I mean Mother Gothel STABS Flynn!!!!

WHAT THE HECK VIOLENT UH DISNEY????

  • @fluffycat9121 And Flynn bleeds more than any other Disney-character! Disney got really into this "fluffy movie with dark and sad undertones"... O.O

  • @fluffycat9121 There is also no blood on the dagger nor on the floor. Little kids have no clue what Mother Gothel did to Flynn anyway. Flynn ends up surviving.

  • @dreamera1 but still Disney seems to be more violent on this move. My little cousin (6) understood that Mother Gothel stabbed Flynn. Also there is a blood thingy left on his chest. And a knife/piece of glass.

    SHARP

  • @fluffycat9121 In the original fairy tale, it's even worse. He gets blinded by thorns (even though his eyes are healed are Rapunzel's tears just like the tears heal him altogether in the movie)

  • Wow, I love this video! I can not believe I have not added it to my favorites yet.

I love how it focus's on the dark side on 'Tangled'. I have never heard the song until now either and I like it, good choice.

    Like I said awesome job.

  • @Karai162024 Thanks so much! Detailed and complimentary comments like that are the greatest.
