haha u shouldnt be wanting to tdown until youve got better tricks in lockdown. barspin if you're right handed throw it anti clockwise so ur right hand can catch it... other than that PRACTICE! with catching whips go up a ramp (so u can get enough height) and throw a whip, when it gets underneath your feet u pull it up. also, PRACTICE!
