hey mr marcus i finally decided to get into an exercise routine... and i was looking at videos last night and i came across u and i must say it was really good... but my question is regarding as to how can i continue to be motivated to continue and not give up as its so hard to do.... i am a single person and i dont really have friends that i can rely on for support so i gotta do it for me but i need to lose this weight and feel more confident about myself and look better u know..

I actually did this everyday for a week and this actually produces results and it is totally easy. You dont even have to do every single exercise, you should pick 3 and stick to them for a week. OMG I seen results the second week doing this. This is amazing and the best part about it is that it is free. I LOVE IT, and thank you for making this video!!!

i have been trying to get rid of my love handles for a year now and nothing at all has happened i have not lost any fat at all i eat right and i excerise for an hour a day then i do workouts for love handles for 8 minutes why hasnt anything worked ? and im afraid to try this cuz it might not work. im so frustrated by it. did this workout work for you and how long did it take for you to see results? would you recommend this for me? thanks
@tiniaya This will tone them up fairly quickly, but along with doing these you have to make some diet adjustments and start doing cardio. Do them once a day and as many as you can do for each exercise...for this week just go at my pace.

@piiink4When your doing your exercises you want to do high reps on each exercise you do. For example if you are doing squats with lets say a total of 75 pounds you need to be doing 3 sets of 20-25. What this will do is prevent the skin from being loose. If its a weight that you don't feel a burn after doing them the weight is too light.

3 times a week, after two weeks you should start doing another love handle workout to continuously see results...make sure are doing your cardio on the opposite days of doing this and fuel your body with the proper nutrition

@uckushtar I agree but by doing light muscle building exercises you are in a way doing cardio. Just depends on what the regiment is. If it's only dumbbells and bench then yeah, not going to "loose" weight effectively but if your doing 5 lbs weights and routines like whats in the video, it's essentially cardio work.

Yea try the videos and also like I tell everyone else alot of the love handle problems are due to what eat, try to change your eat habits too and drink plenty of water and you will see quicker results...also try not to eat dinner so late too! That includes snacks too! 6 pm is the cut off time!
