You're completely correct. Chapeleiro Maluco means Mad Hatter and chapéu means hat in brazilian portuguese. By the way, is quite funny hear him saying "brazilian" as if it was the name of the language =D Sorry for the bad english. Mad Hatter speaking portuguese *-*
