It's not a virus by definition. If you've got the message and you've opened it then don't panic.

What is asks you to do is verify by pressing continue, it then asks you to paste something into your address bar and press enter.

All that it does is append a piece of javascript to the current page, that javascript then runs malicious code to send the link out to all your friends to basically ensure it keeps spreading.

This is the correct information, not what the title of this video says.

@VLREDONE23 what it does is when you are off of facebook is it automatically sends copies of the video to your friends..... so it basically hacks your facebook the only way to get rid of it is to change your password to something very complicated that doesn't involve anything with you or what u do on day to day life because the hacker scans a list of passwords that you might create by scanning files and looking at what you might put as the password so it has to be something that doesnt involve u
