I love asian cooking and all, but I wonder, why use so much heat? even with my crappy electric burner, the heat is to much, things burn easy with high heat, meat and what not. If you dont stir it, its going to stick, but at 120k btu, dont you just burn the food the second you put it on the wok? ROFL. might aswell just use that heat to burn logs. lol.
Hi, where did you get your burner? Do you like it? What kind of wok do you use, and how much bigger than the diameter of the burner is it (i.e., if the burner is 12 inches, do you use a 14 inch wok, or bigger)? Thanks! Killer sounds, by the way... wonder what the sparks are- tiny pieces the burner itself? Yikes. Also, wondering whether you're still ALIVE after using this. Lemme know. :)
