  • It's all fun to put big lifts on Youtube but if you keep jacking up your form you won't be putting big lifts up ever again. Don't screw yourself in the future by being a hot head in the present.

  • need to work on keeping body in a straighline when going up and down. Work on the back runding and you will be solid. Keep up the work. But work on the form ;)

    I hurt my lower back doing that at 455lbs. I was sore for 6 months...

  • he's still young so that feels incredibly heavy on his back. honestly though if you always wear a belt your lower back wont round. Ppl never really hurt their upper back when they squat with a belt because its naturally stronger and rounded all day long, next time ur sitting in a chair or just hanging out think about how often a day you slouch your back and dont stand up straight.
