It's not over tuned. Go to a TX2K event and you'll see Underground Racing Lambo's run all day without a problem. At TK2K11 one of the UR Lambo's raced about 65 times in a weekend without an issue at all.

Do a search on TX2K10 Underground or TX2K11 Underground. You'll get the idea.
