I also forgot another scary thing when Captain Hook and Mr.Smee came they were not dressed up.You could see the people and they had this really scary mask thing on. Oh and I BELIEVE!

I guess they used different character costumes for this performance. Their eyes are supposed to blink and their mouths are supposed to move when they speak.
