You said at 1:21 "Best Otises I've been on". Otis has been building great elevators from the start. The Gen2s were introduced in 1999. Exept I don't know who was first Otis customer to recieve these.
@dmelevator1 The difference between Series 2 and Series 4 are not the buttons nor the propulsion system, it is the COP layout. Check OTIS' webpage if you are still confused, but this is definitely Series 4.

@suzzex I believe the series differ when talking about hydraulic series and traction series. This is most likely a Gen2 elevator.

When you were on 14 the voice only said "Going up" and it sounded abrupt and jerky sort of like "JJJJJJJoing up". It is a nicely decorated cab.
