ma nooo perchè l'hai tradotta? Penso che tutti i componimenti dovrebbere essere letti e studiati nella lingua originale,,, perde molto con la traduzione :(
Wow!!!! I love this song, i dare to say it is my favorite song (hard to chose when you r a truly music person)!! U did an amazing job! I van hear jovanotti passion in your voice! But at the same time what like I was listening for the first time all over again! Wish I could have in my iPod! :) because u did a beautiful song :)
Beautiful translation! You kept the spirit of the song intact but made it uniquely your own. I sincerely hope Jovannotti will use your translations one day.
Wonderful!! I fell in love with this song before I even understood the lyrics, but you did a stupendid job of translating and still keeping it true to the original.
Thanks for doing this! I am Italian and this is one of my favorite songs ever, it means so much that you translated it so well! Now I can finally share it with my American friends!
wonderful! i liked this song for its match of melody, harmonic progression and the voice of the singer (since I don't understand Italian) - listening to your translation (or as one commenter below mentions: "interpretation" as all good translations must be) I hear the sheer poetry of the lyrics for the first time. Thanks! Keep up the good work!:)

if you listen closely to the original song you will realize that "simplicemente" is suppsed to be red with "s" not "c" but it's actually cuter like this ^^

i was married in just out side Rome 3 months ago and my husband to be, sung this to me in the town square and although i know some Italian it was lovely to hear it in english!!! Thank you
Thanks a million for this interpretation/translation. I first heard the original while on vacation in Italy this summer and immediately fell in love after hearing just a few lines. Even though I don't speak Italian, I felt it's meaning and it went straight to my heart. You've made it accessible for non-Italian-speakers. Thanks again!!!
oh man, this is some amazing stuff! I am italian... and though I agree that the song is more an "interpretation" than a translation... I personally think that's much better, many things wouldn't sound quite right if translated literally! Well done, need to work a bit on the guitar ;-) but your voice is just great and matches the tone of the song, I am seriously impressed
While living in Italy, I fell in love with Italian music, which I still try to keep up with. The moment I heard "A Te" I knew it was one of those songs you never forget. But trying to translate it for my husband, it lost much of it's sparkle.
That is why I commend you for this amazing rendition. You are true translator - not just someone who speaks Italian. Your version keeps not only the meaning, but the mood and the magic of the original. I get goosebumps just listening. You're quite the poet!

What a magnificant translation!
Esspecially the part: you are a rock, you are a flame, you are the crash of thunder.
you are the star at night that leads me home when i have gone astray.. just brilliant!! Keep on going!
Good job! This is a great song. You made it more understanding for me! Thank you for that!
God bless!
