  • @sweetpagoda...yes it is really good...thanks

  • I love to eat quinoa..its a whole protein grain so if u get tired of beans its a nice alternative!! its really great with roasted veggies!!

  • @napzfaya Peace and Blessings...I just discovered your channel..Love your locs and your spirit. I'll be locking my hair soon..feeling a little nervous about. I've been wearing an afro for almost three years and I need a change...need more freedom with my hair. "Eat to live and not just for taste" I totally agree with you. When I go to the grocery store and if i purchase a bunch of bananas, someone always ask me if I'm making a dessert, just eating bananas alone is foreign to most.

  • Being vegan is the best choice I have ever made, besides growing dreadlocs that is hehe c: great advice

  • sorry I meant "thus NOT overwhelming the digestive track"

  • i agree! i find that when i eat for its purpose, nourishment and nutrition, i don't have to eat a whole lot thus overwhelming my digestive track. You know what i'm talking about, the itis sets in. i think people eat food and have certain chemical reactions in the body. the feel good chemicals are released so we become addicted to our food. now our main purpse for eating has been lost. emotional eating is a part of this process. anyway i can go on &on so i'll stop here and just say i agree

  • @mrnathanieltaylor3 thanks for the encouragement

  • I'm also a vegan. Great video and keep up the good work.
