Just to let you know, Duff is not VR's former bass player, he is VR's bass player. And he don't have his own solo band. The band was orginally called 'Loaded', but to helt promote they've put 'Duff McKagan's' in front for a while. They're working on a new album, so don't think Duff will join Jane's Addiction.

@Karro90 not quite, Duff does have Duff Mckagan's Loaded, and it wasn't named that for promotional purposes, it was because of rights, there was already another band called Loaded, that's why the name change.

@KokomoRose Oh, okay. Didn't know there was another band called Loaded too. That it was to help promote was at least what the band said in an interview while ago. Also 'Dark Days' and 'Episode 1999: Live' was released under only 'Loaded'. Actually 'Dark Days' was more of a Duff solo project as he played most instruments on it. But Loaded as it's now is definitely not a solo band.

Craziest concert was Metallica last December. Some guy got flipped 4 feet in the air with just the opening band (Machine Head) & almost hit his neck on a metal barrier. By Metallica the mosh pits were huge & crazy violent.

Biggest concert was Ozzfest 06. Metal n00bs went crazy for DragonForce & Ozzy, & metal heads went crazy for Trivium & Ozzy. So naturally once Ozzy's solo band played Paranoid, the whole place was a mosh pit. Not as wild as Metallica, but much, much bigger!

nope. this was a rumor based on Susan's (Duff's wife) twitter post but then she also tweeted very similar post about Joe Perry so i think it's safe to say that this is bull shit. and on another note: Jane's Addiction do not have a new Bass player. they have a new writing partner (which could POSSIBLY be Duff). VR is not done. Slash will finish his upcoming tour and then they will probably hire the Slash & Friends vocalist to be VR's next singer.

the 2nd blink-182 show in toronto was crazy. Everyone on the lawn passed the barrier security kept in check all night and we all started moshing to Carousel and Dammit. There was ever sum surfing going on. It might not sound that crazy but the energy was intense. a close second would be skindred/all that remains/disturbed, all three bands were in-fucking-tense that night.
