the seal population threatens our cod population which newfoundland is known for cooking. seal itself provides oil, furs, bone jewelry, and some enjoy the meat of it(though it stinks/smells to cook)

The seal meat and blubber has a high fat and protein content that during digestion, riases your core body temerature, thus keeping you warm. Actually, I went to GR's New York specifically to dine on the filth. It was fresh, local filth, at reasonable prices. Good value for the money. I also appreciated the simplified menu. Just one dish... Filth. The kitchen pushed the order out in less than five minutes, giving me plenty of time to vomit and then to enjoy the complimentary aperitif: Listerine.
