  • The 70's was so beautiful!!!!

  • Re-Release This. Fabulous. Now. 2012.

  • THE PHONE! THE FRIGGIN PHONE! The showmanship in the 70's is, like the other person said, UNTOUCHABLE!

  • One of the great slow jams of all time!

  • OMG-memories!!-Smooching and feeling so in lurve!!- Barry White always the last song of the night @ Cinderella Rockerfella's Disco, Leeds (UK)- many years ago-those were good times with good music.....

  • @2009Denisem -Very nicely put..I feel the same way. Miss this time in my life too,but can still be happy that I had the chance to experience it.

  • 2:42 just kills me. the props are crazy. who brings a phone on stage? Hilarious!!!! But a wonderful song.

  • Awesome!

  • The lyrics and the smooth sexy musical arrangements thanks to Barry White & the Love Unlimited Orchestra. I can remember when I first heard this in 1970 or 1971?? Just fell in love with Glodine's voice and the sound of the melodic harmonies. Beautiful!!!

  • fantastic

  • well, i guess good music is gone forever., so thankfull to have come up in the 60, 70, and 80's when it all occured. Now a days the noise these young people are making is like a death sentence about to occur , its all disrepectful and deeply disturbing, and the scary part of it is they seem to enjoy it

  • i am a keyboardist.. 2 weeks ago a performed in cali as opening act for the Whispers.. beautiful Glodine was backstage at our show.. i wanted to say something to her, tell her about my teenage crush, my knees were shaking!!.. she was right there all day!..such a beautiful black sister!!!

  • love that song! i cant express it in words!

  • That's Barry White talking in the song. He married Glodine was it.....from the group. 1971 or 1972 I was going to a party and this played and it was a very romantic night. I met a guy I really liked.......

  • Thumbs up if you feel sad for these youngins today who never got to experience real music like this coming up!

  • @david2407, I tell my youngest that all the time. My older ones listened to this type of music and don't mind listening to it along with "their' music, but my youngest absolutely won't have anything to do with this good stuff. She insists upon listening to crap.

  • is that Glodean in the center? Damn - we had so much FUN then, learning all the new moves on Saturday AM watching the Soul Train dancers. And seeing all the great acts of the 70s! Thanks Juancfn - for letting memory flow and letting us recall the joys of our younger days. I never realized it was Barry on the other end! Live and learn!

  • SOULTRAIN pls come back. There was so much more romance in those days and in their music. Maybe that is the reason divorce rate was a little lower then 2day. And if i C so many comments about the music from back in the day is considered as the real deal then how come 2days music still does not have alot of romance in it!!!
