I don't use the ripper that often...but when i do i just use the one thats in my Sony vegas movie studios. It's really amazing somtimes but other times i have to work with it...hope that helps.

a ripper is what viders use to put the clips from the dvd on to their computer so then they can use them on a video maker like sony vegas. does that help?
